I guess that leave no room for Fume Spitter anymore. I like him too, a bit sad. (Maybe he's fine WITH stack damage, but my cube doesn't always play that way. I might slide him back in one of those nights, though.)
I'm still not sure if the green 2/1 will end up making the cut in cubes when all is said and done. GG is one of the most unwieldy costs an aggressive creature can have in the cube due to the fact that green is almost always playing support to R/W/B when it comes to aggro strategies. Don't get me wrong, I'm almost always a guy who tries to look at new cards with a "glass half-full" attitude, but I'm pretty skeptical about this one I think. Will be interesting to see if I'm wrong or not.
Gravecrawler makes me smile. In my last big update I shifted some stuff to aid Black aggro and really felt I needed another black 2 power 1 drop. Prayers answered? I think so.

That's true. But it's almost the perfect aggro-creature.
Hit you for two...
Wrath of God...
Hit you for three...
So far I dig Gravecrawler and Strangleroot Geist. Both of those are most likely getting in. Faithless Looting is a card that I think deserves testing before making a decision on it. I'm not a huge fan of the rest at the moment. Although this set (block) is a complete flavorfest and I love that.
Geist is like everything-proof outside of exiling removal. Being forced to use burn or removal on this guy will feel terrible, even more so than spending it on something like Finks. I think he's easily worth the GG cost; that can be tricky to hit T2 every time in an aggro deck but at the end of the day the card's good enough to warrant it.

Plus it is not only good in aggro, everything that sacrifices for value likes that card too and it is a creature that can start bashing after resolving Wildfire.
Between planeswalkers, persist, undying and Bitterblossom, Jokulhaups gets better and better.
I feel like this comes up every spoiler season, but I couldn't find it in the Innistrad thread. Have you guys found any stores that accept preorders for foils? Obviously I'm ready to preorder the new 2/1 black dude, and probably the green dude if he's affordable even if I'm not certain he'll go in.
So far, Gravecrawler and Faithless Looting are going in for sure, and Strangleroot Geist is a maybe. Pretty good for the first 15 cards and only one rare.
SCG does foil pre-orders if you're willing to pay a little extra. They have never failed to provide an order for me though and the customer service is very good.
My list of potential includes so far: Strangleroot Geist
-The haste is what puts it over the top for me. Gravecrawler
-Not much to say about it that hasn't already been said. Increasing Confusion
-This card can find a home in a blue control deck as a finisher, or a blue/black reanimator deck as either an enabler, a finisher, or both. Faithless Looting
-It's an ability best found in red.

Really? I'd have sworn I've looked and they didn't have the foils for preorder in the past. Wonder how I missed it.
Yeah, looks like Ravenous Demon will be the prerelease foil and Gravecrawler is the Buy-a-box, which isn't any easier to get usually than the regular ones, at least around here.
How could I have forgotten about Faithless Looting? Okay, so I've got two auto includes. I'm still on the fence about Strangleroot Geist because GG is tough, IMO, I'll probably test it out anyway, though. As a player I love green aggro, but most of the people I cube with prefer their green to be utility.
I'd include such a potent card regardless of colour. Three includes out of fifteen for me and some interesting cards for my B/U/G Zombie EDH. The DFCs revealed so far are disappointing, however, I would like at least two more at least borderline ones.
Gravecrawler could replace Carnophage or Sarcomancy in other cubes (I don't know about mine).. Speaking about creatures that can't block, what do people think about Bloodghast? I've cubed with it in the past, but can't get over the fact that it can't block.
Strangleroot Geist grows after death and has haste, so it's works really well in G/x aggro.. GG costing shouldn't be a hindrance.. Looking forward to other good cards with the Undying mechanic.

The more one drops the better, not to mention the fact that they're all Zombies and therefore make each other stronger. No way anyone supporting black aggro should be cutting those.
As for 'can't block', in a sufficiently aggressive deck, it shouldn't be a problem. You want to be turning guys sideways anyway, especially the one drops, and especially the guys who come back from the graveyard

I wouldn't mind if there were no good DFC's in this set. I'm still not a fan of them, but will still include them if they're powerful enough...

I don't think cutting Carnophage or Sarcomancy is an option even for 360 cubes. I'd prefer to cut a lower quality 2 or 3 CC creature then.
Bloodghast has been awesome for us. It is abusable with quite a few cards and even without combos it has proven itself to be superb. It just is so hard to get rid off. It is not just an aggro creature as well, it is playable in multiple archetypes.
Gravecrawler is absolutely nutty. I can't wait to play with this guy. Faithless looting was already insane, and I think the green haste creature is really trash. Green doesn't need any more two drops like this.
On spoiled card wishlisting and 'should-have-had'-isms:
Agreed, both will be making it into my 360 no problem.

Good point. Although I think I prefer the pack foil art.

EDIT: Excited to see the Mythic flip 7-cost equipment. I could well be tempted to run it what with Stoneforge being such a high pick these days.
