I'll probably cut Momentary Blink and Drogskol Reaver for new cards if we get at least two good cards from RTR. I might also have to try out the Geist that I haven't used yet. I'll expand my multicolored guildsections to 7 cards, so I might have room for two new cards and the Geist at the same time.
I am Running:
- Venser, the sojouner
- Wall of denial
- Celestial Collonade
- Grand Arbiter Augustin 4th
- Geist of Saint Traft.
Grand Arbiter will be replaced by Detention Sphere and I dont think I can/will make room for Supreme Verdict.
I'd run Verdict over Wall of Denial for sure and likely over Venser. I actually think it is the second best Azorius card (after Geist and not counting Collonade).
I like both Supreme Verdict and Detention Sphere well enough, but would like to see a cubable Azorius card that feels a bit more blue. The above mentioned feel mostly white with a hint of blue.

To be honest the wrath seams more green than blue to me. Uncounterable is a common green mechanic.
I agree with this. It's a cycle though of rare uncounterable spells so I guess it makes some sense in that context.
Word, I just wish it was 2UW instead of double white. The new wrath will be fine, however I really hope there are cards with more flavor similar to venser and geist.

"Can't be countered" is most common on green creatures, on spells it is found most in red. A Boros uncounterable wrath would make the most sense. Having it in Selesnya would make no sense: breed, breed, breed, breed, MEGADEATH!!!

The existence of Razia's Purification and Fight to the Death means you are definitely wrong. No sweat though. I wouldn't mind a decently costed green uncounterable creature. If Loxodon Smiter was mono-green I think it would be pretty damn cubeable.
On topic: I would agree that Detention Sphere and Supreme Judgment are both top-three worthy. I am losing either a Wall of Denial or Azorius Guildmage to fit them in - most likely the guildmage as it's a sweet two-drop but suffers from mana hunger in the same way as 8.5 Tails. It's usually the 23rd-24th best card in UW decks here unless you get a very aggressive build.
Geist has been excellent for us here, as it fits nicely not only into the tempo decks but also into the control deck as a cheap finisher that you can cast AND protect on the same turn.
Geist is so, so good. It has great art and flavour to boot and I can't see us ever wanting to take it out from the cube. Our experience is similar that it's a cheap control finisher. And hey, even in the WCS a Grey Ogre to block is just what you have to do sometimes.
Whit the recent print of Narset Transcendent, I'm not sure how to classify all of them. While note pretty sure on the order, first 4 are kind of clear, but after this, I'm a bit confuse. If we consider Celestial Colonnade only as a land, it may looks like this :
1. Venser, the Sojourner
2. Geist of Saint Traft
3. Detention Sphere
4. Supreme Verdict
5. A choice between those 3
a) Sphinx's Revelation
b) Grand Arbiter Augustin IV
c) Narset Transcendent
For now, I'm having Sphinx's Revelation but I'm welling to test Narset Transcendent. In fact, I think it could be as good or even better. Both are kind of restricted to control deck, making them easy to compare, but at least, Narset could be cast early and have a quicker impact on the game. Sphinx's Revelation needs a lot of mana to be worth it, like 6 and more, and sometime you just feels like you're casting a mana restricted Stroke of Genius. To be as good as it was in Standard, I feel like you need to play some kind of bant deck with a lot of accels. Without it, in a fast power cube, Sphinx isn't having that much of a impact.
1 Geist of Saint Traft - 9.3
2 Celestial Colonnade - 8.1
3 Supreme Verdict - 7.4
4 Detention Sphere - 6.9
5 Venser, the Soujourner - 6.3
6 Sphinx's Revelation - 5.3
7 Azorius Signet - 2.7
8 Talisman of Progress - 1.9
9 Grand Arbiter Augustin IV - 1.5
10 Lavinia of the Tenth - 1.4
(Just Missed: Wall of Denial - 1.2)
The rankings don't include anything printed in Conspiracy or later.
Removing the lands and artifacts, the top cards would be:
1. Geist of Saint Traft
2. Supreme Verdict
3. Detention Sphere
4. Venser, the Soujourner
5. Sphinx's Revelation
6. Grand Arbiter Augustin IV
7. Lavinia of the Tenth
8. Wall of Denial
Now, my own list, adding new cards and reorganizing more to my liking:
1. Geist of Saint Traft
2. Supreme Verdict
3. Detention Sphere
4. Sphinx's Revelation
5. Venser, the Soujourner
6. Narset Transcendent
7. Lavinia of the Tenth
8. Brago, King Eternal
9. Wall of Denial
10. Ojutai's Command
I mostly agree with wildice. I think Geist, Verdict, and Sphere are the three staples for Azorius. Beyond that I think Venser and Sphinx's Rev are swappable as the fourth or fifth option based on personal taste. After that there's a lot of room to work with. If I were to go to six, I'd seriously consider either Azorius Signet or Talisman of Progress in this guild. Beyond that, there are a few cards that I'd likely swap in and out for my seventh. So my actual ranking would go like this:
01 Geist of Saint Traft
02 Supreme Verdict
03 Detention Sphere
04 Sphinx's Revelation / Venser, the Sojourner
05 Venser, the Sojourner / Sphinx's Revelation
06 Azorius Signet / Talisman of Progress
07 Brago, King Eternal / Lavinia of the Tenth / Grand Arbiter Augustin IV / Ojutai's Command / Momentary Blink
Anything beyond these cards probably just isn't good enough anymore. I kind of like Wall of Denial still, but I wouldn't run it over anything here. Court Hussar is cute as well, but I wouldn't take up an Azorius slot with it when I can just play Sea Gate Oracle in blue. I might try Narset Transcendent somewhere in that seventh card slot, but only because she's a new planeswalker and they can sometimes be hard to evaluate.
I only run two. Fractured Identity and Tenerife, Time Raveler. My third would be Teferi, Hero of Dominaria - but the curve was just too high! Next for me would be Schemeing Fence. What an embarrassment of riches!

For my own cube at 540 I'd rank Azorius as the following:
- Fractured Identity
- Teferi, Time Raveler
- Shorikai, Genesis Engine
- Teferi, Hero of Dominaria
- Spell Queller
My top 4 is fairly solid for what I want to do in Azorius, especially if I really want to push control. Shorikai > Teferi, Hero of Dominaria because it offers more card selection, fuels the graveyard, and putting bodies on the board is very key when playing vs initiative / monarch. The 5th slot can be anything really. Scheming Fence is more valuable in a powered cube, Soul Herder is great for blink synergies, Yorion if you want some companion shenanigans, etc. I might give Faramir, Prince of Ithilien a test as a pseudo monarch enabler for control that's less risky for control.

this^ I like that list exactly. Although I am still hoping for another good UW spell that might be better than the two spoiled for Azorius.

That sounds about right, but Geist and Venser are really interchangeable depending on what your trying to do in your deck.
