Pestermite and Kiki-Jiki are card that already see some play in Cube. My question is, can and should cubes add Exarch and Splinter Twin to make the deck a consistent draftable deck?

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker also goes ultimate with Restoration Angel and Zealous Conscripts too. I think if you added in Pestermite, Deceiver Exarch and Splinter Twin, the deck might be reasonably reliable. Personally, I prefer to only use the cards I feel are good enough on their own, but with two enablers and 4 targets, it's a lot better than the Painter/Grindstone type combos would be in the cube.
I'm including all those cards at 720. They're all reasonable on their own and they obviously work together to make a combo deck when you get all the pieces. I approve.

The Pestermite and Deceiver are actually fairly good. I've used them before even without Kiki-Jiki or Splinter Twin.
I run all of these at 550. I run Imperial Recruiter and of course all of the black and green tutors. Ive pulled off the combo before, I love build around me combos.

Body Double would do the same thing (but not the infinite by itself part) as the ooze (kiki in the yard) and keeps in the main 2 colors of the combo. I don't think Body Double makes many cubes but it is an option

For convenience and consistency's sake, could the op please post a pic of the card? The only link to Splinter Twin was in the 4th response, and it had a typo.
This is a pretty cool idea. Many cubes are already running Zealous Conscripts and Restoration Angel (I do), Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker is fun and both Deceiver Exarch (which I considered adding as a decent defensive creature last year) and Pestermite (which I once ran) are reasonable. The only questionable card would be Splinter Twin, but it would make the combo more stable and is also ok-ish with many etb creatures. Having one or two narrow cards that make an awesome deck once in a while is fine. Man, I really want to try that in my cube now.

We recently had a discussion in my cube thread if a 600 cards cube would be too big to include this combo. Sure, the bigger the cube, the less cards of the combo will show up each draft. Then again, the bigger the cube, the easier to fit those cards in, because the cuts are less hard. Where do you think is the sweet spot for this combo? What is the smallest and what is the largest cube you would run it in?
After thinking about it, i'd probably try to cram it into 360, just because it's such an unique archetype that could offer so much more to the environment than aggro deck #386.
This is the main reason to include the combo for me: It adds another unique archetype to my cube.
It does get a lot worse with higher card count, but considering that you'd only add like two or three cards that seem not exactly that thrilling on their own, it's certainly defendable at 600. Many of the combo pieces are perfectly fine on their own and playable even if the rest of the combo doesn't show up, so i don't see any harm in including the cards.
If the rest of the combo doesn't show up, you can just leave the one or two subpar cards you picked up in your sideboard. Just like you would leave your Tezzeret (bothof them) in your sideboard if you didn't get any artifacts that fit into your deck. Or your Entomb if you didn't get any cards with graveyard synergies. Having one or two mispicks isn't the end of the world and the cube is deep enough that you are not scrabbling for playables, even if you miss a few picks. As you said: No harm in including those cards.

The more I think about it the more likely it is that I would practically always play the Splintertwin maindeck given enough 187 dudes to make up for the 2 for one when the creature is destroyed.

I think the biggest question is...
Do you play Slinter Twin or not.

It's a second copy of Kiki-Jiki if he's already dead, but that's it.

It goes infinite by itself with kiki in the yard.
Admittedly, you need to do it on their end step, but

It's still a pretty good target for twin though.
Draft it on Cubetutor!

All, or at least most of the pieces are pretty solid on their own. I ran the heck out of Pestermite back in 3x Lorwyn drafts, and Deceiver Exarch is a slightly worse but more defensive Mite. Restoration Angel, Zealous Conscripts, and Kiki-jiki, Mirror Breaker are all great. Splinter Twin is a little questionable, but still decent with ETB dudes. It only gets fuzzy if you start stretching to include Sky Hussar, Village Bell-Ringer, and other more niche cards.
