Cut JMA, very swingy. What Eidolon says is true, though I found I was able to adjust my strategy accordingly to deal with this, if he was played in game 1. If he was dealt with in 2 turns, you gave your opponent a free turn, and most of the time you lost.
But my biggest problem with JMA? So. Freaking. Boring.
Might as well be 3UU Sorcery "Flip a Coin, if you get heads you win the game, if you flip tails, you lose the game." (please don't go into the statistics of win vs lose percentage with JMA, just making a point about the general feel of the card).
Only because a card didn't win the game for you doesn't mean that you end up losing the rest of the time. Also keep in mind that Jace, Memory Adept still has "Jacecycling" 2 meaning that you can use his card draw ability as if it were the original Jace, with the upside that you are actually gaining loyalty for it.
Oh I know, I just meant that the tempo you lose if you don't win with his ability really made it this kinda situation for me. That's all.

More like flip a coin: If you win, you win the game. If you lose, mill your opponent either 10 or 20 cards and probably win later.
milling your dreadbore or oring means that milling can be good by itself, rather then just being good psychologically, with the draft nature of cube milling isnt all bad as you could only have 1 or 2 relevant answers to JMA

But given that the 10 cards are random, you just might be putting their Dreadbore or Oring on top of their deck...you just don't know, so there isn't a definite value to the milling until you mill them dead (or you could be milling something important to Snapcaster back, or reanimate, etc.)

There isnt a definitive value while you do it, but its the same as random discard in that sense. you might get their reanimation target, but you might get their other good cards. Once you do it it has a value either positive or negative determined by what it mills and what the opponent has in his deck.

Random discard affects cards in hand, which is an important Magical resource (even if they 'just' hit two lands). The size of your library isn't a resource and matters little until it is gone (with few exceptions like Arc-Slogger), much like your life points matter little until they are gone (but are able to be used as a resource more often).
This is the impression I got from my group too. Even those who didn't 'hate' him were at most indifferent on him being removed.

As for being a Honden of Seeing Winds, well... it's not completely useless
