I was thinking about drawing her cards working with Eureka's resolution (which it doesn't). If you have a huge fatty and Zegana in your hand before you cast it, it will draw you a bunch of cards when Eureka's done resolving.

She did work this weekend. She drew 3 cards off a Man-o-War, then was Devastation Tided the following turn for later use.

He looks good, but I don't know how I feel him vs. Simic Sky Swallower. On the one hand, drawing a massive amount of cards is good, and having a fattie to boot is super sweet. However, SSS is perhaps one of the most solid finishers you can have. Virtually nothing can block it in the air, and you can't target it with removal. It's really close.

SSS is the more solid performer. Zegana will create more interesting cube stories, but SSS is going to have a better track record of closing games out. It's also important if you support Natural Order.

Problem with SSS for me is I want to try Natural Order and Edric out. But if I try Edric, Natural Order will have less support going for it.

Maybe 1st world problem. I'm probably using that in wrong context, never really knows what it means.

Hesitating between one cube include or another is a first world problem if ever there was one.

Yes it is, but I can relate. I run SSS, Edric, and Natural Order and don't really have a problem with it (except that my group really underdrafts Simic decks of all kinds). Edric hasn't been that exciting but I'm giving him more time. I may try to force Simic tonight.

I don't understand this. Not that what you are saying but that fact that without SSS somehow Natural Order isn't Rediculous. The amount of 4+ drops I have in green alone is enough. There are fatties aplenty. I have tried Armada Wurm/Sigarda as other options.

But you shouldn't limit your thinking to fatties. My buddy love snaggy mid range gruul and he will run order just to get his Huntmaster of BBE. or sometimes he just needs that Acidic Slime.

I think Natural Order is one of the most broken cards I run in an unpowered cube. I also support birthing pod and it is great in that deck.

But back on topic my group groan with SSS is taken from a pack knowing it can dominate but they giggle when they draft Zegana. Maybe it is newness but I think fun may win this battle and my SSS may hit the bench form a more tempo card.
