Winter Orb only works as long as it's untapped.

Also, beware the superfluous shuffle clause if you have a VI Impulse.

That's not true anymore. They never printed a version with the untapped clause on it, and they reverted the ruling to as printed. It cannot be turned off by an Icy anymore.
