Spiritkeeper is the stronger individual card between the two, but running Entity allows you to shoehorn in a very powerful anthem effect, and it gives you an extra splashable 3-drop. I think I slightly prefer Entity for those reasons.
My cube aims to showcase the most powerful spells that were once Standard legal from the Lorwyn block forward. Both the individual cards and the archetypes are heavily influenced by the decks and cards that saw competitive play during their lifetime in Standard (and to a lesser extent Modern). In card selection, preference goes to cards that made a greater impact on any constructed format. An average FNMer should feel nostalgic while playing this cube.
i think the new karn is the most fun. but its also weaker in unpowered depending on your artifact section. I do think it would see more play than the other two though if simply for the easier cost.
I cut Karn Liberated at 360 and don't really miss it. Ugin's just better in this format. Will play the new Karn for cost and purpose diversity.

I can't say I'm pleased to see you and must warn you I may have to do something about it.

I can't pick between Karn, new Karn, and Ugin. I think new Karn deserves a shot in your cube to see how he does for you, so cut old Karn or Ugin. I'd lean towards cutting old Karn since Ugin a bit bombier. I think both are great inclusions, so you can't go wrong by picking one over the other.
I'd say new Karn and Ugin. Ugin would be my clearcut choice from that list if you only chose one, and new Karn goes in every non-aggro deck, and that's not really an exaggeration. Even non-artifact decks can kill it with him.
I would cut Hedron Archive. Thran and Lotus ramping you into 7 and 8 mana without needing another land drop is important when your plan is to cast things like Karn, Ugin, or Garruk Apex Predator.
History>Anthem>Champ - History has been cool and I'd be more inclined to test it over the others at this point. We know what anthem and champ can do, and they're both kind of filler at this point, whereas History provides a few cool things. I've been liking it.
Cyclonic Rift>>>2nd Into the Roil - I never feel like I'm lacking with these effects, so if I were to run another I'd run the 2nd one with the insane ceiling versus 'Build your own Cryptic'
Hippie>Master>=Ammit - don't have a ton of experience with Ammit, but Hippie is still good and prob better overall, even if Master is also overall harder to kill. The random discard tends to be better than letting your opponent draw, even if that was less than a drawback than originally thought.
History > Soltari >> Anthem. I'm really excited about History. Glorious Anthem is very underwhelming even if you're desperate for an anthem effect.
Cyclonic Rift > Blink of an Eye. Since you're running Into the Roil already, this is an easy choice. I personally like Rift a lot since blue can usually control the board long enough to ramp into the big boy mode. I'd rather have the big boy mode over the option to draw a card for 2 mana.
Master > Specter > Ammit. Master of the Feast has done pretty well in black focused aggro decks and without him that archetype would suffer since he is a great closer. I imagine he'd be useful in blue/black control as a finisher, but I haven't had enough drafts with him in the cube yet. Hypnotic Specter is totally fine, but he seems outpaced by cards these days. Ammit Eternal doesn't impress me much.
Soltari Trooper >> Glorious Anthem but can’t place History yet.
Need help on this: I need to cut 4 of my bottom colorless stuff for 450. I’m putting in Neo Karn, Walking Ballista, Sorcerous Spyglass and Fleetwhel Cruiser (or should I?)
Razormane, Molten-tail, Triskelion, and Precursor. I'd cut Ratchet Bomb before Keg if you run the man-duals. But, I also have a 450 cube and Cruiser is about to be cut. I may bring Vise back in.
I agree with wtwlf's list, except I think I put Gilded Lotus above Archive because it's a different cc and fills a slightly different role in the cube.

I would run Mirror Entity over Spiritkeeper since it's more versatile and I think it's generally better in decks running white.
Spear of Heliod or Benalish Marshal in a 360 unpowered list.
Spear >>>> Marshal

What should I cut from Thran Dynamo, Hedron Archive, and Gilded Lotus in 360 unpowered? I run a fair amount of fixing (http://www.cubetutor.com/viewcube/77160) so I'm leaning towards Gilded Lotus, but I'm still not sure.
