Flametongue Kavu also hits for 4 damage any creature, and doesn't reqire myself or my opponent(s) to have already played an instant or sorcery for value. Plus Flametongue Kavu is bounceable for infinitie combo damage (if set up), while the instants and sorceries are finite.
Agro: Serendib efreet because he has a 4 toughness, gets him out of bolt range and a contender vs the many 3/x flyers. I think Stormwing Entity is way too slow to matter
Wildfire Devils is too inconsistent. You don't pick the player, and even if you could, you might not pick the spell that gets copied, and even if one gets copied, it might not be relevant, and if what you really need is removal that can kill a 4-toughness creature, you very likely won't get it. So no, I don't think it's comparable to the consistency of the effect you get from FTK.
If you need the support goblin engineer offers then that would be most important, where as the others are mostly redundancy for aggro decks with different plus sides.
As for Karn vs Ugin, I think you should probably have room for both at 450 unpowered.
Assassin's Trophy > Maelstrom Pulse > Abrupt Decay > Pernicious Deed
Ugin > Karn
The red two drops don't all play the same role. Engineer requires support. Immolator and Abbot are good for generic red aggro decks.
Emrakul > Blightsteel > Kozilek, assuming you have Tinker. Emrakul works with reanimation and is the easiest of the lot to hardcast.
Stormwing Entity Sower of temptation Serendib efreet Dungeon Geists

I know most people probably like Flametongue Kavu since it's a sacred cow but I want to get some opinion on why Wildfire Devils is not as good if not better.

It depends on the cube and what kind of deck you are playing
Control: Sower of temptation --> Dungeon Geists
Midrange: Sower of temptation --> Serendib efreet --> Dungeon Geists--> Stormwing Entity(red blue deck)
Agro: Serendib efreet because he has a 4 toughness, gets him out of bolt range and a contender vs the many 3/x flyers. I think Stormwing Entity is way too slow to matter
Combo?: Dungeon Geists (I'm considering some bounce effect that taps all of your opponents creatures)--> Sower of temptation

2 - Liliana's Triumph vs Murderous Cut vs Eat to Extinction ? What order ?
3 - Quicksilver Amulet vs Memory Jar ?
4 - Warkite Marauder vs Gilded Drake ?
cut, eat, triumph
Jar
Depends how much support for each. Playing Man-'o-war, Barrin and Exclusion Mage? Drake. Running a Ninja tempo package in Ux? Marauder.
[180 classic cube]
1 - I don't know. I don't really like any of those cards anymore, and they're all super close.
2 - Triumph >> Eat > Cut
3 - Jar > Amulet. But if the cube wants/needs Amulet, play both.
4 - Neither, probably. Marauder for deep tempo, otherwise Drake?

What do you like about shinobi? I think is very mana intensive and has no evasion to trigger his ability again.

Fallen Shinobi > Oracle > Psychatog imho.
The ninjitsu is basically evasion and you only need one hit to get it for Shinobi to more than get you your money back.
Fallen Shinobi works great with the blue/black tempo cards like Baleful Strix, Brazen Borrower, Vendilion Clique, Glen Elendra Archmage, Riftwing Cloudskate, True-Name Nemesis etc.
