I am currently choosing the Chainwalker, but a good friend (whose opinion I trust) suggested to me that Knight is 'likely better'. So I was curious what people here think about it.
Chainwalker because he is splashable and has bigger power, the knight's first strike doesn't really come up that often in an agressive deck, and Zenith cause it get's early guys.
Another vote for Chainwalker, though I have not tested Knight personally.
Thinking I might have one too many black kill spells. Thinking of cutting one for Liliana of the Dark Realms. Here is what I am currently running, what do you think?
Hmm this is actually a tough one for me. I like the Zenith, but I consider Life's Finale to be a B finish, and it's amazing in that role because of it's ability to just destroy mid-range or aggressive decks. I run it as as a pseudo-six-drop for black, and like it in that roll.

Unpowered Cube, work in progress, but getting there!
I was looking at the Dimir archetype discussion, and eidolon posted a list of cards people are running. I'm surprised that Recoil isn't on that list. Am I missing something? It seems at least better than the bottom four, and in testing was performing better than Agony Warp for me.
I was going to post this there, but I figured it's more appropriate in this thread. So, with that said, for my Dimir section, please choose one of these:
I'm also running Duskmantle Seer, Shadowmage Infiltrator, and Psychatog. Sadly, I do not have a copy of Baleful Strix. I currently have Recoil in the 4th slot, but seeing that list made me question whether I should be playing it over one of the other two.
Thanks all!

In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.
I like Recoil and Dimir Charm about the same, and like them more than Agony Warp. But I think Dimir is too deep for any of them. Even in a 720 card cube.

Yeah, I agree they're not ideal, and I'm looking for a Baleful Strix to fill that slot in the long-term, but while I'm waiting for it, I'm just looking for opinions from those three for a filler. I don't have a Creeping Tar Pit, Tezz, or Far/Away either, so it comes down to those three (Recoil, Agony Warp, Dimir Charm), sadly.

You could make the argument for running any one of these three Dimir combat tricks, but I'll take Recoil over Agony Warp by a hair. At its ceiling, Recoil is Vindicate when the opponent is hellbent.

I'd just pick up a Far // Away for the time being. I'd be surprised if you had to pay more than a dime for it.
Far//Away has consistently made huge plays, far more than Psychatog ever did. Take a look at it, perfect placeholder if you just want to wait till you have a Stix.
I've been looking at the curve of the higher end of my white section and how particular cards interact with each other. I'm having a hard time deciding between the following:
Which of the two are best based on power level and based on the interesting interactions they allow in a standard Cube (two separate though sometimes intermixed criteria)?
I'd keep Karmic Guide and Galepowder Mage. Mage is fun with blink guys and can keep a blocker busy without taking any damage each turn. Karmic Guide is a great reanimator spell that comes with a 2/2 flyer for a turn or two. Leads to quite a bit of combo fun as well with a few other good spells.
I'd keep Karmic Guide for sure and then either Ranger of Eos or Galepowder Mage depending on the composition of your cube and what archetypes you want to push. I'd actually look to cut the non-Guide cards and add some stuff lower in the curve. Four and five cc are just stacked in white.
Ranger of Eos and Karmic Guide. Both are close to the chopping block for me, but I still like them more than the other options.
I'm cutting Ranger despite 1 drops getting better in quality. The argument on the boards here have me heavily re-examining Karmic. I may be swayed to convert this slot into A.A.Thune.

I mean, hell, we're all on a forum for something that most people would describe as a "children's card game"...do what makes you happy. You are never too old to enjoy yourself.
At 500, I run 3: Knight of Meadowgrain, Soltari Monk, and Soltari Priest. The next one I'd add would probably be Precinct Captain, and then probably Leonin Relic-Warder.
I like Gore-House Chainwalker better; it has an additional point of power and is easier to cast.
EDIT: again, beaten by wtwlf123
EDIT2: Choose one: Black Sun's Zenith, Decree of Pain, Life's Finale

Knight of Meadowgrain
Soltari Priest
I try to stick to 1W cards otherwise.
