I think I'd mix at that point - probably keep colonnade and tar pit, maybe vent, and then all the rest canopy variants.
I would also do this.. UW and UB manlands are the best by far and generally the pain from a canopy is the most detrimental in control strategies which UW and UB are the most common control color combinations.
I like variety in general and am not a stickler for cycles
Why assume that the Canopy cycle, if ever finished, would result in each color pair drawing a card when sacrificed? What if the cycle had different functions when sacrificed? Examples
Murky Depths
Land
T, pay 1 life: add U or B. 1, T, Sac: target player discards a card.
Hillside Beacon
Land
T, pay 1 life: add R or G. 1, T, Sac: Create a 2/2 red and green warrior token.
Each one could create a solid +1 card advantage in one form or another, but requiring sacrificing the land.

The issue with that is the cycle would almost assuredly have to include Horizon Canopy. If they did, GW wouldn't make sense as the "card draw" pair.
They could just throw that out and make a new cycle inspired by it, ala Death Rattle, but said cycle would likely be marquee duals, unless they were significantly created so that they're not absurd (at least for Standard.)
I'd cut Coercive Portal and Ruin Raider, most likely. Karn basically is a better Portal and Ruin Raider has token synergies with Purphoros, Bombardment, Clamp, etc.
I would find another card to cut from your blue section. Just looking through, I'd cut any of these first: Wake Thrasher, Master Transmuter, Riftwing Cloudskate, Arcane Denial, Thirst for Knowledge, Ancestral Vision, Serum Visions, and Future Sight. Closest cut would be Thirst or Ancestral Vision. Probably Vision since Thirst is a graveyard enabler.

Master Transmuter and Arcane Denial are on the way out with this cut. The blue section's curve is too high, and I've noticed blue having some issues because of it. I'm trying to cut those 2 cards and one of the 4 drops for Thing In The Ice, Search For Azcanta, and Chart A Course. I know ideally my artifact cut should be Basalt Monolth and my blue should be Wake Thrasher, but I'm not ready to make that cut yet. I could cut Thirst since Chart A Course could step in as the GY enabler. That's a cut I really didn't consider. Future Sight is also probably a good cut, but it's well-liked by my group, and I have a soft spot for it, as well.
Edit: I think writing it out helped with the decision. I think I'll go through with the Wake Thrasher/Basalt Monolith cut. I guess my question at this point would be: if I'm cutting Wake Thrasher, is the artifact cut Basalt Monolith? Or should I cut Coercive Portal and keep Basalt Monolith?
Interesting. I suppose if keeping Arcane Denial, my cuts in blue would be Master Transmuter, Wake Thrasher, and Thirst for Knowledge. Since I'm adding Chart a Course and Search For Azcanta, cutting Thirst shouldn't harm GY decks.
That's tough. My gut tells me that Ankh is probably the 'better' card as far as damage reliability goes. If played early it compares favorably to an early Black Vise and, if played late, it can still potentially get a couple damage in. In my experience, though, Black Vise has just single handedly won me so many games. A turn one Black Vise on the play just pushes the game in the aggro deck's favor by so much.
TL;DR: I'm currently running Vise over Ankh just because of my personal preference for it. Ankh is probably the better card, though.

Fact or Fiction or Dig through Time or Cryptic Command? Edit: or Wake Thrasher
Coercive Portal or Hedron Archive or Karn, Scion of Urza? Edit: or Basalt Monolith
Mardu Strike Leader or Ruin Raider?
