So I'm rebuilding my cube up here, and I'm noticing now, these lands have slid pretty far down on the rankings sheets. While these can enable some pretty stupid decks, they have been fairly tame in terms of the multicolor control but when they get made, they do destroy the field.
Are they just becoming less wanted, or are they just not that good anymore?
Control has suffered a bit since I went to 360. Walkers, equipment, and cheap dudes are in pretty high concentration. I might try adding these lands as a little boost to control, they were never excluded for power level reasons. Of course, a "creatures and walkers" wrath or two would help a lot more.
When I see Healing Salve, I'm often like "Oh girl, I wish I could turn every card into this." Thanks they removed the gain life part, otherwise this would have been broken.
