By the end of Theros block we'll have 15, and without a doubt there will be enough to make it into even the tightest lists, do you exclude them or push them in your cube? What do you hope to see from the rest of the gods? Do you find devotion too hard to make happen? Are you going to run Revoke Existence to target them?
They don't play into each other and wildly vary in strength and playability. I don't see what's to talk about the gods as a cycle and every one of them has his own SCD thread.
Agree.
Of the spoiled so far I think the blue and the red are playable in cube.
I have high hopes for the black one (but I'll probably end up being disappointed).

Agree. Separating each god discussion will make it easier to find it in the future. I don't think God works Archetype or group or card anyhow.
I'll need to see how multicolor God before I decided on them. But I'm 80% sure I'm not running mono color god.
Revoke and Relic-Warder are on my watch list if we get multiple gods from this block. But to answer the question in the OP:

I will play the ones that are good enough, and leave the others out. Just like every other card type.
Right now, I'm only really interested in the blue one (the red one will be on the back burner for when my red section evolves into something that will want it). Hopefully the black one will be really good, because they're kinda lackluster. Super flavorful and awesome, but on the safe side in terms of power-level.
I think the white god is pretty great in white aggro.
The blue god is the only god that makes it without having a chance to turn into her body.
And I want the black god to be the best and a cube staple.
People should start keeping track of how often and how reliably they reach devotion of 5 or more. Usually you want cards that only have one C in their cost in cube, so it takes a lot of permanents sticking around to reliably turn on a god.
While I love the design of the God cards, I can't help but think Wizards played it a little too safe this time around. I think the ideas are amazing, but the cards themselves (with the exception of the Gods we have yet to see) fall short of playable outside of standard. I think Thassa is the only one that could be good in your average cube, especially if you try to run a lot of blue tempo, but still they seem like a lot for just your basic utility. I don't even think these are better than there weapons.
But with that being said I think it all comes down to the Black God. Mono black is a thing that people have been trying to keep alive for years now, and with cards like Bloodghast, Geralf's Messenger, Necro, Vampire Nighthawk, and other mono black cards I could see him being great for cube if given the right abilities. I hope that it's being spoiled last for a reason.

Unpowered Cube, work in progress, but getting there!
I wouldn't be surprised to see a Subversion type effect on the black god, but I'm hoping for more of a big Bitterblossom effect with an activated ability that has an Innocent Blood kind of trigger. Ooh.
I think these will end up being too fragile. Lots of stories of dumping your hand and getting the devotion to 5, but5 for the most part it will be like getting a planewalker ultimate that can be disrupted by removal. And getting a midrange beater is not my idea of an ultimate.
So maybe if some get printed with an ability that is good/cheap enough on its own that you never needed to animate the god it would be good.

That would be great. I'm hoping for an homage to Necropotence but that probably means Wizards would way overcost it manawise.
I hope, if it makes tokens, it makes Harpies. Zombies are much more likely, but harpies would be cool.
Agree.

I didn't even notice until now that the white and green ones don't buff themselves with Vigilance and Trample respectively. How disappointing.
