Legendary Artifact Enchantment
Creatures you control get +1/+1. 1WW,t: Destroy target creature that dealt damage to you this turn.
So a Glorious Anthem that trades an added drawback of being weak to artifact removal for repeatable removal (albeit costly and restricted). I think its quite good though and will likely make my cube. Interested to hear others thoughts!
I think the drawback (Red can now deal with it) outweighs the benefits of repeatable removal. This is an easy swap.
EDIT: I meant the other way round. The repeatable removal outweigh the artifact drawback. (Thanks Goodking for pointing it out)

I would say that the benefits of repeatable removal outweigh that disadvantage. This is a fair bit better than Glorious Anthem IMO. I'll definitely be making space for it. The 2nd ability is very relevant for the decks which run anthems, to potentially protect against faster aggro decks.
I will also be testing this out. I think it has potential. Glorious Anthem was always solid for us, and I think strapping an artifact drawback to it it worth it in order to get the removal option.
In most cubes, not a lot of decks are going to be outright stumped by an enchantment in the first place, especially not something like Glorious Anthem. The fact that red can kill this neatly makes up for the fact that it's more punishing to red-black aggro decks.

On average, Magic players are worse at new card evaluation than almost every other skill, except perhaps sideboarding.

Agreed. It definitely has some give and take in comparison to the old Anthem. But the way I see it is this: Our token decks are typically midrangey decks, so they're going to have a pretty favorable matchup against red aggro as it is. But where they struggle is against blue control decks. Blue doesn't have many answers to artifacts, so this card will be worse against aggro (where it wasn't as important anyways) but better against like UB control for example (where the token deck had a rough time before). Plus, the removal is better against bigger singular threats and decks with lower creature counts, so again, another boon against control. I'm more than willing to sacrifice a midrange card's power against aggro in order to make it a bit better against control.
When I see Healing Salve, I'm often like "Oh girl, I wish I could turn every card into this." Thanks they removed the gain life part, otherwise this would have been broken.
Interesting card; I don't currently run anthems other than the big daddy of them all, but the added value on this one makes me somewhat interested. However, I'm not a huge fan of the 'if this dealt damage (to you)' clause (like Avenging Arrow et al). This could certainly stop control's creatures from hitting you more than once, which might give you enough to time to kill them.
Unless, of course, they have hexproof/shroud/ability to blink themselves/make tokens instead of attacking themselves/protection from white...know what I mean?
It's certainly an upgrade/additional anthem for Cubes who like to push tokens, however.
I run Glorious anthem, but it's somewhat of an easy wheel during our drafts. I'm happy to make this "upgrade". Giving red a chance to deal with this former enchantment is fair.
Pretty awesome card. I love well costed token pumping effects like this. I would start fearing some midrangers at the 450/540 range. the number of anthem like effects is really getting up there,
Great card. Not sure this will make it in, as I was strongly considering cutting Glorious Anthem already. Still, it's an easy substitution and for those pushing tokens there is now a good additional anthem.
Seems good, haven't decide if I'm cutting Honor of the Pure or Glorious Anthem. The correct answer might be to cut both and play something better in the other slot.

I think it's wrong to pick between this card and Glorious Anthem. I think you either want multiples of those types of effects or you don't want it at all. The pros and cons of the 2 cards are not different enough to make one a ton more playable than the other, even if one has a slight edge.
I can definitely see just playing one. The effects are better in multiples, up to a certain point. You can only dedicate so many slots before you lose out on other important things that need to be included.
Without having considered what I'd actually cut, I'll be looking to include this.
I think "swarm" theme is a more appropriate term than "token" theme for what I support in my cube. Cards like Blade Splicer are more cubable in general than straight token cards, though of course the good token cards (Spectral Procession, Lingering Souls, etc.) are always welcome. Anyway, because of this, I like the anthems that just hit all creatures you control, not just tokens or White creatures, etc. So this is a great fit.
The extra ability might be handy in those awkward times when you have an anthem on the board and no creatures 'cause they all been kilt.

I agree with all of these points except the card's inclusion. Anthem has rolled in and out when I cubed it. I would feel compelled to re-work white and possibly GW and BW (sorin, souls) as supporting a swarm/token sub theme to include this card. Not particularly sure I'd like to cut into my "good stuff and weenies" white identity I currently have.

edit: Then again, being Legendary is a decent drawback for non-singleton formats so maybe they consider that the balance for the activated ability.
