The Cube is Unified Ravnica with a Modern subtheme. There's a high number of PWs in it, including a 5-card monocolored cycle. Veil and Realms cannot coexist, though. There can only be one!
Questions to inform the reply posts:
Is Veil as good in Limited as I think it is? (I certainly can't imagine it's bad.)
Is turn 4 fixing good enough? (This is the main reason to defend Realms)
Who is more versatile? (I'm thinking Realms; she can do midrange, not just control.)
Who is everyone else playing in the Cube? (The Johnny in me might apply this information contrarily.)

I'm officially proposing we retire the word "insane" from the MtG vocabulary.

Liliana of the Veil is much better. I guess if you push a mono-black theme you can go with Dark Realms. Veil comes down a turn earlier and can really dominate a board, just like it does in constructed.
Veil is a monster if not handled. I have seen people scoop as a response before if she comes down too early. Dark Realms is... meh unless you are doing mono.

I will always firmly stand by the belief that Magic is a game first and a collectable second.
I like Dark Realms more than most cubers, but she's still not in my 450 list, and she's nowhere close to Veil in terms of powerlevel. Not even the same ballpark.
Liliana of the Veil is a cube staple, the real question is if you should run both or not. I think it depends on what you support and how big your cube is.
It sounds like if there can only be one then you have your answer. Veil!
