I like a couple really sweet cards much more than 10 pretty good additions. Right now Clever Impersonator, Sarkhan and Utter End are the picks for me, and I am quite excited by them. If no other cards would make it to my cube from KTK, I would be okay with it.
Strictly better Wild Guess! Hell yeah! I always wanted some more support for non-blue Reanimator decks, but the RR cost was just too annoying. Much better at 1R.
If it were an instant, or you could draw and then discard, I'd be very, very tempted. As it is, it isn't quite pushed enough for me, even though I support reanimator heavily.
Yeah, I tested Wild Guess before, and it was the RR cost that killed it. At 1R, the card is much more interesting. The drawback is quite often irrelevant, and can be a really great advantage to have in reanimator and the likes. It's a good option for red card draw if you need some.
Tormenting Voice slightly raises my hopes of getting a few more cubable red looting effects in the future. It seemed that after the sizeable impact that Faithless Looting made in constructed (well, duh, the flashback was only 3 mana), Wizards panicked and overcosted every red looter afterwards. However, if they upgrade Wild Guess to a more reasonable cost of 1R, I hope that they are going to do this for at least one of Viashino Racketeer or Academy Raider, too.
I really hope their philosophy continues to be "sacrifice planning for advantage now" for red while blue gets "sacrifice now for planning and advantage later". There is certainly room for both.
Can you imagine a creature with Tormenting Voice as an ETB or convoke like a mulldrifter. Woah... And with red being a master of instants it is only a matter of time before we get one. For me this is one design space I am most hoping for in red. For a long time it was shoehorned as a certain time of aggro deck. Big red (or wildfire) can work but I think that you can at least start supporting control red in a meaningful way by getting more strict card advantage spells. And of course these style cards are amazing in re-animator etc.
I've added quite a bit more than I anticipated from Khans, this set is quite fantastic for cube at second glance. Sure some of them are temporary until the next few sets get printed but I'm not complaining.

I personally love my creatures to do nasty things, it's probably why I love cube so much.
