MTG Salvation

Played with Malicious Affliction last night. It was good. I used it as a doom blade once, another time I had out a Brimaz, King or Oreskos 3 tokens and a Lightning Greaves. My opponent cast Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite and had another creature out. My tokens died, I EOT killed his 2 creatures, cast Baneslayer Angel and attacked for the win.

I also had Containment Priest in my deck. It was fine, it potentially would have stopped him from casting Tooth and Nail and Natural order which were his gameplans. Definitely fine for larger cubes.

So far dualcaster has been an expensive fork, and most other reports I hear are the same. There just isn't really an easy way to abuse the etb effects like resto Angel.

Has the point ever been to abuse it? Snapcaster isn't good because he gets abused, he's good because he comes with a body. So does this guy. That said, I don't think he's probably consistent enough for cube.

I decided to cut him, hes not worth it at that cost. 1R would be great.

Now that I have played with both it is not even a remotely fair comparison. From my perspective the point of every cube card is to abuse them. The fact is that snapcaster can be abused, or not, and its cheap, and it comes with a body, and spells are easy to get in the graveyard, and it passed the vanilla test.... . and on and on.

Dualcaster is coming out once my group remembers that fork didn't work either. Red 3 drops go back to Rabblesmaster plus whatever for me.

Titania is also really good with Primeval Titan and Vinelasher Kudzu. All sorts of cool synergies are popping up the more I play her.

Oh and I've also replaced Dualcaster already. Which makes me a little sad.

Titania + Greater Gargadon in her first appearance. Sweet, sweet 5-power tokens.

I also added Titania recently and she's been nothing but awesome.

First game I played her, I had a Strip Mine and Evolving Wilds in play, and had a blast with that.

The second game, not as neat, but I was making my lands creatures with Nissa, Worldwaker, and it made it really hard to trade with a 4/4 that turned into a 5/3 upon death.

Im also adding back Edge of Autumn for some more synergies.

Titania has a lot of synergy with red cards.

Especially when you can give those 5/3's haste

She synergizes with cards in every color (except maybe blue, but I guess Forbid and Waterfront Bouncer sort of count).

EDIT: And all the bounce effects to re-use her ETB. Yea, she can work with any color.
