This is probably the first Titan I will include, since I support reanimator but not megaramp. Nice that he can still come out fair in control or ramp decks though, much stronger than original Koz or Ula if he does.

I primarily play limited, so most of my spoiler season comments view cards through that lens.
Slam dunk. The best Eldrzi titan for the cube, and he can be reanimated too. Thanks Wizards!
That's by far the craziest part of this card. I can't think of a more unreasonable reanimation target outside of Griselbrand, and that's only in formats where drawing 7 into Force of Will is a thing.
I have a feeling that Ulamog will be the only one in the block. They indicated that the others have already left for other planes so I can imagine they will each get one block to themselves to destroy stuff before they are defeated. I hope one shows up on Ravnica.
This is amazing and makes me so happy. Also yes, I feel like Ulamog will be the only one. MaRo said something to the effect of "we needed a good villain, so we made a good villain." I imagine that means this is the bad guy, so we won't be seeing any appearances from the other Eldrazi.
I think for us powered cube players who love a turn one Lotus or Sol Ring, this card will be a slam dunk. But for those like HH here, this will probably be a miss for being just a bit OP even when ramped into on turn seven. This guy seems like literally attack once and win either on damage or mill.
The fact that this guy can be reanimated is ridiculous. Ulamog no longer goes into just a ramp deck but a reanimation deck as well, making it much more cubeable than his old self on that merit alone. Add in that he's a one hit kill and sneak attack decks are also drooling at the bit. Even if you hard cast him, 10 mana seems reasonable for this effect.
If your not worried about OP plays, this guy is an auto include.
If this guy didn't have the mill ability, I would be all in but I already hear enough complaining about Sword of Body and Mind and Nemesis of Reason. The litany of BS that I would hear for including this would be never ending.

Somehow I don't think people will complain about this as much as Sword of Body and Mind. For one, Swords are pretty much good in any deck that has creatures. Their protection ability is what makes them anywhere from very good to flat out OP depending on which sword you have and what colors you are playing against. For my cube, the only feasible way to play new Ulamog is Reanimator or Mono-Green Ramp. If Reanimator gets this early and you don't have an answer, it's onto the next game. But because he only fits into these 2 very niche archetypes in my cube, that's what makes him less OP than a sword with protection from your deck. You have to build around this Ulamog or draft a specific deck that can use him. There will be rare cases where someone will just flat out cast this in the late game, but those cases will be very few.
For skipping the original Eldrazi because they simply could not be reanimated, I will definitely be putting this near the top of my list to get. RIP my wallet.

That's a fair point and the random protection from your deck is part of what gets tossed around as the problem for B&M. And I do want more targets for reanimator...
With all this "we can reanimate him!" talk, I would just like to remind everybody that his double Vindicate ability only triggers when you cast him. Still an awesome target though!
The double vindicate, though, is kind of irrelevant to the card as a win condition. It's an indestructible 10/10 that exiles 20 from their library when it attacks. That's all anybody really cares about here. I mean, sure, it's cool if you cast it and get to double vindicate with it but most of the time, like with the original Eldrazi titans, you're not expecting to actually get that effect.
Holy cow! Reanimateable Eldrazi Titan! Also, double Vindicate is a pretty good pay-off for ramp decks that actually hardcast him.
To anyone saying that the new Ulamog is a "one hit kill": This will rarely be the case if he is cheated out in the early turns. He is more a two hit kill in those cases. Exiling 20 cards with the first attack means that the opponent has a total of 12-13 turns to win the game, minus 1 for each fetch or extra card draw. So, a deck that doesn't have or need too much card draw still has around 10 turns to win after a single Ulamog attack. For non-control decks, that should be enough time.
Still, even if he needs two attacks to kill, a turn 2 or 3 Ulamog is really, really scary and almost impossible to straight up race. He basically asks: Do you have a card that gets rid of him for 3 mana or less?
I am actually a bit wary of this. Reanimating him early might feel really bad for opponents who are playing a fair deck. I might have preferred him if he exiled only 10 cards with each attack, rather than 20. I am still going to test him though, to see how much of a problem this really is. The question now is: Run him in addition to or instead of the old Ulamog? I think at 600 cards, I can get away with 3 Eldrazi Titans (2 Ulamog and 1 Kozilek).
Oh man. I just printed proxies of this and the Hedron then did a draft tonight. Got both. Picked up a lot of other great artifact ramp (Tolarian Academy, Thran Dynamo, Gilded Lotus). Maybe the most unfair cube deck I've ever played. The double vindicate is very nice. The exile 20 was often an immediate win (I had stuff like memory jar to get their library even smaller). One of my new favorite cube cards. Also, just a beautiful looking card, which is nice.
