Includes:
Drana, Liberator of Malakir - has just the right keywords to take advantage of that wicked ability
Kiora, Master of the Depths - this is the kind of card that gets me excited
Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger
I'm planning to pick up the manlands and Scythe Leopard. If I bump up to 450 I'd include the full cycle of manlands and would bring in the G aggro 1-drops. Gideon, Ally of Zendikar also looks good but I really don't know if I have the room in the slot for the long term.
People's preference for Simic cards seem to be all over the place. I think the cards in that section is really close in power level (similar to Izzet before the Ravnica block) that it's hard to decide which card is better than which.
Inclusions (10) Scatter to the Winds - Counter + creature is a really good tempo play. Probably the second best 3 mana counter. Drana, Liberator of Malakir - Strong black aggro card. Ruinous Path - I like flexible removal. Greenwarden of Murasa - Not all that exciting, but it is only the second card that I like in that particular slot. From Beyond - As a pure ramp card, it is a bit too slow, but it offers much more than that. I really like it. Catacomb Sifter - So good for BGx midrange and Stax variants. Finding a cut will be hard though. Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger - Great in ramp and reanimator. Hedron Archive - I am always on the lookout for another manafact, but Wizards has really cut back on good ones. This one delivers though. Shambling Vent - Properly costed mandual. Instant inclusion. Lumbering Falls - Properly costed mandual. Instant inclusion.
Maybes (5) Gideon, Ally of Zendikar - He is certainly strong, but I will only include him if I cut another 2WW walker. Bye, Ajani!? Scythe Leopard - Since I have a few other green aggro 1-drops, I will probably include this, too. Not exciting, but decent enough. Woodland Wanderer - The only Converge card that I like. That slot is rather full though. Herald of Kozilek - Not sure about this one. Body is good at stopping early beats. Accelerant for artifact decks? Kiora, Master of the Depths - Will only include her in place of her first version.
Include
Shambling vent
Lumbering falls
Ruinous path - probably for hero's downfall
Ulamog, the ceaseless hunger - Taking out 2 eldrazi titans for one.
Kiora, Master of the depths - seems like a better version of 1.0, the garbage starting loyalty on that card has been a huge downside, so I'm hopeful for this one to be better.
Test
Gideon, Ally of Zendikar - competing in the hardest spot.
Drana, Liberator of Malakir ( is wide the direction my black aggro decks usually take? or should i stay with master of the feast)
Drana, Liberator of Malakir ( is wide the direction my black aggro decks usually take? or should i stay with master of the feast)
It'd be great for black aggro to have access to both cards. Would you be willing to move something else like Obliterator (and bring in Bloodsoaked Champion too)?
I love having new players learn to play with my cube, as well as seasoned veterans, and there is nothing that lights up a new players eyes like phyrexian obliterator's rules text. The card is just plain fun. Its worth running a card that only gets mainboarded when you have a really good manabase, when its Obliterator.
Elspeth Tirel -> Gideon, Ally of Zendikar

Temur Sabertooth -> From Beyond*

Overall it looks like I'm going deeped than the average poster here but I'm also running with 720 cards and love testing new stuff so all of this makes sense to me.
Necro was never that good for us in both drafts or in play, and I go very deep on the mono-black package, while Obliterator is absolutely fantastic. Like mentioned above, when you have room to include payoff cards like Geralf's Messenger, Gatekeeper of Malakir, Phyrexian Obliterator and Lashwrithe (plus additional support cards), then the mono-black package begins to look reasonably attractive.
What others said: Deathrite seems like it's better the more consistent the environment is. In a 720 card cube even with 2x of each fetch, it really hasn't been the all-star it is in constructed due to the fact that there are just times that fetches aren't around. People pick it and play it but it's just an average inconsistent dork with upsides most of the time. Trygon is the cut because I'm just having a hard time forming a Simic list that would involve both Kioras and the manland, and I'm currently looking at:
Lot's of great cards for 540+ cubes, surprised I'm not seeing larger include lists here.

This set design seems very focused and insular, which probably makes for an interesting limited environment but I just don't know how well it will translate into Cube in my opinion, noting everyone's Cube is different and everyone has feelings and other opinions. Before you point out Gideon etc, I try and limit my amount of Planeswalkers
All things being fair, the full set isn't spoiled yet so there is still time.
My current includes and testing are as follow,
Include:
Lumbering Falls
Testing:
Drana, Liberator of Malakir
Ruinous Path
Gideon, Ally of Zendikar
Greenwarden of Murasa
I don't think Gideon and Greenwarden will make it in the end, but for now this is my list.

@360 there is a higher Concentration of fetch lands and mana efficiency is more important, the more powerful the environment.
