So, here's Carnophage/Sarcomancy/Vampire Lacerator for the modern times. The drawback will probably be very live, but it's still another 2/1 for B. Is it still an include? Does it replace any existing Black 1-Drop? What are your thoughts?

I feel like I have enough at 540, and I definitely am NOT a fan of this downside. Feels like the worst 2 power B creature to me.

The downside to this is much harder to mitigate than the self-inflicted harm my black aggro players are already taking from Carnophage and Sarcomancy. I'm still trying to find room for Vampire Lacerator, which I like better than this, so that makes it the 9th best black 1-drop (not including Rakdos Cackler). I definitely don't need this at 465.

Sarcomancy currently is not in my cube, and this feels weaker than Sarcomancy. It's a shame too, because I really like this art.

Yeah, I think is clearly the worst 2-power playable B creature. So, if you still want more, play it, but don't replace any of the other ones for it.

I think this is for 720 cubes but it looks likes wizards will keep printing these as they power down standard so we can look forward to better ones in the future.

I wish this were a 2/2, like the other lifeloss 1-drops (Carnophage, Sarcomancy, Vampire Lacerator). Still, at 600 cards, I could use an 8th (mono)black 1-drop, so I am most likely going to include this, even though it is a bit subpar.

2 power one drops are so close in power level anyway that I might just cut one of the better ones for this because devoid looks so good in foil.

This is at or near the bottom of black's 2-power 1-drops in terms of quality, but I still need 1 more for my 540 card cube. I'll be including it, but it won't replace an existing aggro beater if you're satisfied with the numbers you have now.

I'd probably include this aswell over Carrion Feeder, but I had hoped to replace it with something a little better.

This will replace Carrion Feeder in my C/Ube. In the Eternal cube, this will get a test run, but I don't know if it'll stick around.
