I don't really like this card. Most of my boros decks are aggro which this doesn't really do anything of value in, or america control, which have better four drops. I think it'll be cool in standard though with madness.
I think she falls short when comparing her to mono-colored / Boros 4 CMC planeswalkers. Sure, she does different things, but she lacks raw power / synergy compared to Elspeth, Gideon, Ajani G, Koth, and Ajani V.
I think she'll get better overtime as we get more graveyard synergy in red / white, but she's not there for me yet.
For our friends with Powered Cubes, Nahiri can fetch Time Vault given enough time. If that changes your evaluation any.

The good:
+2 loyalty is a big game, however white/red is my least graveyard-focused color pair, so mostly this is just bad looting.
You can alternate +2/-2 and stay loyalty-neutral, which is very rare for a PW with a minus ability that kills things.
The bad:
None of the abilities are great. Rummaging isn't great, conditional removal isn't great, and that ultimate is very not great.
I see her being a good roleplayer in a daretti, sneak attack, feldon-style deck, but that's pretty narrow. I'm going to err on the side of not running her (always looking for excuses not to add more planeswalkers), and will eagerly be listening for feedback.
I like her, and I'm looking forward to test her. I don't think she's close to Ajani Vengeant though. Exiling only tapped creatures or artifacts is a bummer. There is a lot of cards that don't need to tap to be effective, e.g. equipment, vigilance creatures, utility creatures, etc. I also feel that she doesn't fit into typical RW decks. Red decks with graveyard synergies or sneak attack would love her but those decks don't tend to feature white. She's a good splash if your manabase can support it.
I'm pretty impressed. Compare her -2 to Freyalise and Gideon Jura. Then consider that she only costs 4 mana. Realize that a massive amount of the time you activate Daretti's +2, you only discard 1 card anyway. Then consider that she ultimates on turn 6 in an environment that loves casting silly big things. I see a lot to like here, and I wouldn't rule out her breaking into the top tier of Boros.
I'd 100% take her over Lightning Helix. Maybe Boros Charm.
She looks to be a rewarding card in cubes already running Goblin Welder, Daretti, Karmic Guide and Reveillark. Being able to interact with enchantments is huge value for me (even made room for Ronom Unicorn recently). Jeskai control and combo decks will enjoy the repeatable filtering. Might even be worth splashing in a BW or BR control deck that wants to put stuff in the graveyard. BR would benefit more because it's the pair that has problems interacting with enchantments.
Her ult doesn't look like flavour text either. She does a pretty good job at protecting herself (high loyalty, conditional -2 ability) and is in a colour pair that has access to a ton of creature removal. Cubes supporting Sneak/Show and Eldrazi/Blightsteel are going to have a fun new toy.
Nahiri coming straight from Warped Landscape into her brand new planeswalker form!
Spoiling jokes apart, I don't know what to think about this card. Her +2 seems borderline okay, but useally, Idon't like to discard first and then draw. It wouldn't has been owerpower to be able to simply loot IMO. At least, it adds a lot of loyalties each time you ativate it. The -2 is just so weird. Exile a enchantment, fine. Exile, a tapped creature, fine Exile a tapped artifact?? What the f***? This retriction clause is just so strange. This basicly means you can't exile pieces of equipment and Winter Orb/Tangle Wire with it, and that's a heck of draw back for me. Finally, her ultimate seems flashy. Certainly not the most powerful I've seen on a 4-drop walker though. Sweet for Sneak Attack/Through the Breach decks, but that's all. In a aggro for example, it would feel a little meh for a ultimate that occur on turn 7 and that doesn't left a planeswalker behind.
I have been waiting for something outstanding in Boros that wasn't Ajani Vengeant as I have previously steered clear of land destruction as my play group is relatively new players, however the play group is evolving and I am slowly introducing new mechanics and archetypes meaning Ajani Vengeant would be perfect. However, Nahiri does look pretty cool. The +2 could be pretty underwhelming unless you are pitching something to Karmic or Reveillark (or are playing Black), the -2 is somewhat conditional although I love the enchantment removal. The -8 could range from cool to you just win, depending on what is in your deck. Even free rolling Zealous Conscripts, stealing something and then doing it again hopefully next turn isn't the worst. Don't know if it screams ultimate but happens relatively quickly.
I may start with Nahiri and see how a Walker goes in this slot and then move up to Ajani Vengeant.
The full sized artwork on this is pretty stunning btw.
This doesn't compare very well to Ajani Vengeant, but I don't think it necessarily has to in order to be good enough. It's probably not cracking the top three in smaller lists, but for medium to larger lists, it slots comfortably in at number 4 or 5 for initial testing. If you're at 4 with Figure, Ajani, Helix, and Charm you could slot her in over one of the 2cc cards. If you're at 5 and also include Boros Reckoner, then that's an easy swap, imo.
I like that it both has a high starting loyalty with a +2 and a removal effect to help protect itself. The abilities can be a little relevant in a Boros aggro deck, but I think this card will be more at home in the 4/5 color planeswalker or RW Wildfire decks. The ultimate can be underwhelming unless you're in a deck with big flashy artifacts or creatures to grab, but that's ok as long as you keep that in mind when you draft and play the card. Time and testing will tell, but overall I like this card quite a bit and I'm looking forward to seeing how it performs.
Worthy of testing on power level. But I dislike her for a few reasons.
1) Likely borderline include in mid-sized cubes. She seems quite soft vs agro
2) Over-saturation of planeswalkers in those colors
3) Over-saturation of 4cc spells
4) Her abilities are off gameplan for boros. White is a splash at best in sneak attack style decks that abuse her ultimate, and looting is least apart of white in the color pie. Her ultimate is really what makes her appealing.
BUT, seems strong enough and there's a huge drop off in power for boros after lightning helix. Boros is quite shallow for larger cubes imo.
I'll probably test and cut her after some sessions.
I think the card is intrinsically powerful (repeatable card filtering and removal, high starting loyalty if needed), but that's only piece of the puzzle when creating a drafting environment. I think the hardest knock against this card is its casting cost, which already has a large pool of strong choices. On top of that, the disparity between each 4-drop's power level is not as great as it is between each 2-drop in these colors. In the end, I think adding Lightning Helix over random 2-drop creature will always make your deck better than adding Nahiri over Hellrider/Hero of Oxid Ridge/Hero of Bladehold.
Tl:dr - All the current four drop options are pretty close in power level and I never have a hard time filling that slot in my draft decks. The same is not true at the 2-drop slot.

The reason it doesn't loot is cause neither red nor white get looting (anymore), while red does get rummaging.
My playgroup internally discussed this card and determined that it fits into guild section. I think this works because our sections are 7 cards deep - this comfortably fits in the bttm half. The modes play well in aggro / wildfire decks. It even has some legs cheating in big guys, though the sneak attack deck is a different thing altogether.
I have a fairly large multicolor section, so this is a card I probably have room for. I'm not sure she beats out Figure, Vengeant, Charm or Helix, but I think she fits pretty well into slot number 5.
I am pretty sure I am the only one whose cube features Aurelia, the Warleader and certainly am the only one who will see Nahiri ultimate to fetch her for the win when no other cards in cube could do it.
My cube also features nasties like Armada Wurm which like to be cast over and over. (Not as exciting but on color Mr and Mrs Nalaar, Cloudgoat, Seige Gang Commander, Angel of Serenity etc)
Interesting to see some Sun Titan sillyness as well.
I really don't like this card. Such a messy planeswalker design. Her abilities have zero synergy with each other. Her first ability is pure red and feels out of place on a part-white planeswalker. Her second ability is (almost) pure white and her ultimate is (almost) pure red. There is no real blending of her two colors there. The second ability also reads very weird and inelegant due to the "tapped" restriction on two of the three target options. On top of that, her mechanical identity is just so different from her previous incarnation and from her flavor.
As for her power level, I am pretty sure that she is weaker than Ajani Vengeant, so I don't feel like I am missing out on something by not including her.
She's definitely weaker than Ajani Vengeant, but that alone doesn't mean you shouldn't run her. Ajani Goldmane is weaker than Elspeth, Knight-Errant, for instance, and plenty of people (me included) run both. The apparent messiness of her design is a valid point, IMO. However, if the abilities play out well, I'll forgive her lack of synergy.
I think New Nahiri is likely the 5th or 6th best Boros card. That won't make the cut in some cubes. I think she could replace Chained to the Rocks in my Boros section and I'm going to give her the chance to do that.

This isn't for everybody, but this card will probably make the biggest impact in my cube of any card in the set. The abilities don't go together unless you support cheaty combo, and in that deck you want to filter cards into the graveyard, bide time by killing stuff, and then get super powerful stuff out of your deck to smash face. I have been looking for boros to do something other than only aggro and my group has not taken to wildfire decks. So giving it a reason to play with the graveyard, and I can further support this with Karmic Guide and such
I support cheaty combo, but white is the last color I play for that deck. It's fine in Esper / Mardu reanimator shells, but I almost never play it in Show and Tell / Eurek / Sneak Attack / Oath of Druids decks. The only support white adds for me is Enlightened Tutor, but that's a stretch to splash for when these kind of decks are usually 3-colors on average (typically Sultai BUG).
