I think I'm going to bite the bullet and get the enemy fetches for my cube very soon. I run 4 cycles of lands at 405. Currently, they're shocks, creaturelands, painlands, and scrylands. The fetch cycle would replace the scrylands.
I have no intention of buying a set of ABUR duals anytime soon, and I don't proxy cards.
So is one set of fetchable lands enough for the fetches?
If not, how would you solve the issue? My current thought is to run another set of shocks. I'd make sure that I had the original cycle and the reprint cycle to differentiate a little.
Another option is to run the Sunken Hollow half cycle and combine it with the enemy painlands or something, but that seems unbalanced. Also the Sunken Hollow cycle isn't very good.
Thoughts?

The fetchlands will be good enough even with only one cycle of shocks to grab. If you wanted to improve their quality, yes, a second cycle of shocks would do that.
Fetches/Shocks/Manlands/Painlands is a fine cycle lineup, FWIW. I'd go with that, or Fetch/Shock/Shock/Manland until you get a cycle of ABU duals.
I proxy the ABU duals; one set of fetchable lands is enough if for me but if you are playing shock lands(as I used to) you might want a second. With shocks you are less able to run them just because you have some off colour fetches as the 2 health gets to be a real pain, where as the true duals you may aswel main deck them if you can fetch them and they are one of your colours.
I'd recommend a second set and use the one that makes the most sense for the colour pair. Edit- just noticed the bit about sunken hollow, not too sure what the alternatives are then.
I ran double shock / single fetch for awhile and that's a nice setup. It's very aggressive deck friendly and you can run both series (OG Ravnica plus reprints) and have different art for all of them which is purely cosmetic but feels good for the OCD side of cube design (I consider this virtual singleton).
I've settled on single shock / single fetch / allied tango. That gives you 5 more targets for the fetches and it keeps me true singleton which suits my current design parameters.
On a related note, I also like having your final cycle being custom - so lands that work good in the color combinations based on your archetype focus. I wasn't always big on that idea but I've come to appreciate it (especially with smaller cube sizes where you can't just run every complete set).
I don't think that fetchability on the Sunken Hollow cycle makes up for the fact that they don't come into play untapped until later in the game, so if you're not willing to break singleton to double up on shocks (and hey, at least RAV and RTR block shocks have different art) I think pain lands are your best option because they never ETBT and I actually found that on average players were taking less damage from them than they were from shocks as long as they sequenced their lands properly.
I ran fetches, shocks, painlands, and manlands for quite a while, and it was fine, but now that I proxy ABU duals decks run so much more smoothly. The price of ABU duals has gotten so absurd, and they'll never be reprinted, so there's really no shame in proxying them as far as I'm concerned.

I think I'll go fetch / shock / creaturelands / painlands for a while and see how things run.
Someday I'll probably pick up a CE set of duals, but even that's like $500. Holding out hope for legendary snow duals or some other such nonsense to be printed in a supplemental set someday.
