I am working on a Ravnica-Style cube with five guilds (Rakdos, Golgari, Simic, Azorious, Boros), and I have decided to theme Golgari around Dredge and Undergrowth, I am not very familiar with Dredge so I would like help building it in my cube.
The cube is unpowered but each guild tries to be as powerful as possible within an approximate $250 budget.
My recommendation to improve the play experience of the cube is not to put too many cards that are unplayable unless you are in straight golgari with all the synergy pieces.
Having versatile cards makes 3 color decks a viable option. It's important to have plenty of single color cards that are worthy of a main deck slot in golgari OR Rakdos OR Simic.
Hard to know where this balance lies, but playtesting should give you a better sense.
Too many boneyard wurms will put a lot of cards into sideboards and make people navigating open guilds difficult
Have many more cards that cost XGB than XGGBB, hybrids are great... Find//Finality would be a perfect example of a card id be looking to include.
Delirium may be worth exploring as a complimentary mechanic.. Ishkanah, grafwidow costing 4G is very nice for a splash, while still being best in a deck dedicated to graveyard enabling.

So far I have:
1 Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord
1 Underrealm Lich
1 Golgari Grave-Troll
1 Stinkweed Imp
1 Golgari Thug
1 Splinterfright
1 Lhurgoyf

You'll also want some discard outlets. Pack Rat and Lotleth Troll are great options.
