Viable Cheaty Face / Natural Order option. Essentially Plague Winds your opponent on ETB / anytime they block with something that doesn't have 0 power. No evasion sucks, but repeatable Plague Wind does help clear the path. The ETB trigger can also whiff early if your opponent has zero creatures, and the trigger is also vulnerable to instant speed removal. For this reason I probably prefer Terrastodon (which I cut recently).
Huh this is actually really quite interesting. Pity there's no evasion or anything, but a huge beatstick and near-Plague Wind that can be cheated out? Worth a hard look, at any case!
Seems like an interesting creature. If I am reading it correctly, it looks like he should trigger off his own fight trigger, and will most likely be able to take out several of an opponents creatures, and then for his last trigger, you can target him to their biggest creature. Seems really strong with recurring nightmare since you can get him to the graveyard if your opponent has no response, and still has creatures you need to deal with. Not sure if he is the best big guy out there, but I think he will be fun to mess around with at least a few times.
Not terrible, but 9 mana is wayyy too much for an effect like this... and if you consider only cheating it in, there's a lot of cards that are better.
Big issue is that it's quite bad against any sort of control or combo deck that aren't reliant on creatures and can kill, counter or race a vanilla 10/10 easy.
They have a baleful strix? Oop, there goes my 9 mana investment.
In green mirrors or vs white it's one of the better cheaty targets, but it suffers in too many matchups to deserve a cube slot.
I feel like this might be better than End-Raze Forerunners... it certainly feels stronger when you don't have a decent board built up. Thinking about testing.
