Sure its worse than Expanse/Wilds but I don't think I've maxed-out the number of 5 color lands I want. Even if I weren't running snow (I am) I would find a way to fit this in. Definitely belongs in every snow cube though.
This is sweet for Pauper cubes and snow cubes... but it's everything I dislike about Expanse/Wilds with pretty much none of the upsides. I don't think I'll be playing this.
So it's like Thriving Grove, but snow instead of green. That's interesting. Do you think this might still be worth it to swap? I'm thinking, because it's more obvious that it's not just for green decks.

I mean, Thriving Grove is part of a cycle, so I don't think it replaces it directly, and will only fix one color of mana instead of 2.
If you don't have space to run all five, I'd probably run this instead of one of them.
Snow Land C
Valley of Wandering Glow enters the battlefield tapped.
As Valley of Wandering Glow enters the battlefield, choose a color.
T: Add a mana of the chosen color.
New variant of Terramorphic Expanse/Evolving Wilds. Not sure how many cubes have room for this, but I figure it was worth discussing.
- Gets hit by Wasteland
- Doesn't trigger landfall twice
- Lack of shuffle effect
- Doesn't fill graveyard
- Can't be re-used with Crucible effects
- Doesn't build up certain basic land count for things like Vedalken Shackles / Daze / Fireblast
Still not a bad card since it's a decent mana fixer, and it's REALLY good for a common.
