I would drop Battle Screech in favour of Spectral Procession which is just better. Radiant's Dragoons seems pretty weak too, 4 mana for five life and a nullified creature for a turn - maybe Awe Strike could serve that purpose for one mana?
Ya, that's what I thought about the Tactics, thanks.
In regards to your other suggestions, this is a classic cube... no cards after Onslaught Block (so no cards with the newer cardfaces). It was designed to be a nostalgic cube for me and my buddies that have been playing since revised.
Flickering Ward looks ugly, but it's pretty good. It makes creatures that have protection from one color have protection from your opponent's entire deck, and you can play it on your 1/1 flier to be the super blocker from hell. Mostly though, it protects a creature from removal against control. The best thing about the Ward is its ability to flicker back to your hand. I can't use equipment in the cube, so this is a decent way to provide protections.
Fasle Prophet has been a blow-out with Sneak Attack.
Snake Basket is out. I tried to like this card, I wanted more support for token decks... this card is just too poor. The 3 times that it's been played it's been destroyed by Disenchant, and Artifact Mutation (the time when it was destroyed by the Mutation was kinda ironic). The 3rd time it was played for 4 on turn for and then activated for 5 on turn 5. Then all the Tokens were Starstormed off the board at EOT. So, even when it's successful it's too expensive. Too much mana for not enough gain. Nine mana for five 1/1's? Boo.
Basalt Monolith is a card I've been kinda on the fence about, but I think I'm gonna give it a try. It's seems solid, and it's just the next level of Mana Vault and Grim Monolith.
So Snake Basket is now Basalt Monolith. <shrugs shoulders>
Next level down, anyways. It's still a good card though, for sure.
Also, if you want to splash a little combo into your cube, you can throw in the classic Power Artifact, which makes an infinite mana combo with both Basalt Monolith and Grim Monolith...it's also pretty nice on Cursed Scroll, Temporal Aperture, Bosium Strip, heck, any of your artifacts whose activated abilities cost 3 or more. Normally this wouldn't be enough for me to suggest the card, but I think having 2 Infinite Mana comboes based off of the monoliths makes it worth consideration.
How have the Dwarven Miner and Dwarven Blastminer been in land destruction?
They're both super-sick. Especially with a Mox. I run a lot of non-basics and this provides aggro with an out against heavy control. Both have been amazing.
Ephemeron was cut for Clone. We wanted to find room for Clone, and the Ephemeron was the weakest U creature with a CC of 4+. The Clone is more versatile and splashable, and is a good answer to reanimated targets and nasty Legends.
Plus, I've seen a lot of people using Clone, and I wanted to see if he's really that good.
Temporal Aperture is out for Alter of Dementia. The Aperture has been activated 6 times over three different games with 2 different players and has hit ALL lands... 6 strikes and you're out lol. 36 total colorless mana... 6 lands.
Ah, I like Aperture. It's been solid for me. Yeah, it sometimes hits lands, but sometimes it's busted...you really had to build the deck around it - The more instants and flash cards the better.
I had a really tricked out blue control deck that featured Aperture and Sensei's Divining Top. This one game I searched out Teferi with Mystical Teachings and played it, then started to go to town with temporal aperture. I hit 4 creatures in a row, including the Inkwell Leviathan that I put into the deck as a late game threat.
Still, Altar is definately a good card though. How much mill is in your cube? I definately try to support mill in my cube, I have about 8 cards that are pure mill cards (That doesn't count cards like Memory Jar which pseudo-mill).

The mill is unfortunately limited in my format, and I'm adding one more in the next small update. I have like 4 dedicated mill cards (that can be win conditions on their own) and like 4 more cards that are pseudo-mill cards (help the cause, but can't do it all on their own).
I like the Aperture too... but if it refuses to perform, what can I do?
I like Aperture too, it's a fun card and when it does perform, it's quite exciting!
Haha trust me, I know. I used to use this card in constructed all the time. However, thus far in MY cube, it's been freakin' cursed. Seriously... 36 mana, 6 lands. It's gettin' the chop.
Decent sized change today. Giving black more aggro (like everyone else) and made 3 other small changes too.
U
Braingeyser is out for Rewind. I wanted one more hard-counter (so I'm going to test Rewind and see how it plays) and I wanted to remove Braingeyser. It's really been sub par, and weak compared to other draw spells. I like my draw spells to be splashabe (meaning only U in cost and at instant speed if possible) and the 'geyser was neither.
Vesuvan Doppelganger is out for Ambassador Laquatus. I want to enable the Mill win condition as much as possible, and in this classic environment, he's one of only four permanent win conditions that mill. I recently added Clone in another update, and it's just better than the Doppelganger.
G
Child of Gaea is out for Ifh-Biff Efreet. Child of Gaea is just kinda a big dumb green idiot. The GGG makes him impossible to splash, and the upkeep cost makes him almost un-reanimatable. The Ifh-Biff dude is sweet. A Pseudo green Pestilence on a 3/3 Flying... for 2GG? Sign me up!
B
Black had the most changes. Make way for more black aggro. I cut most of these guys a while back for more black utility, and we've been finding it harder and harder to draft black as an aggro color. I DON'T like that, because black is one of my favorite aggro colors of all time. So, here were the following changes to black:
Slower utility cards removed to make way for fast aggro cards. All the other ones were under-performers and the aggro creatures will do exactly what I expect them to do.
Geyser is a combo kill card for me, or a mill card, or card draw for control. I personally love it. Rewind is only ok, and I actually liked Discombobulate better most of the time.
Iff-Biff seems cool.
Black changes seem good, except for Wretched Anurid. It just blows. Honestly, swap it with Dauthi Horror - It may seem worse then/too similar to Dauthi Slayer (It's not) but it's miles better then the Anurid.
Adding lots of shadow to black really changes how it plays in a way I really like.

Dauthi Horror is already in the cube. The Wretched Anurid has been really good in my friend's cube... 3/3 for 1B? Pretty solid, and very splashable. Often times, you take less off the Anurid than you do off the Carnophage.

hilarious.

Hey no problem. Thanks for the input guys. The post was more for the justification of the Anurid, not the "Hey... I HAVE Dauthi Horror already". Plus, my cube list is kinda hard to navigate, being that it's only seperated by color and casting cost (not by type or in alphabetical order) so it's easy to miss stuff.
Hmm...what do you think is better, Anurid or Flesh Reaver? Flesh Reaver seems awful, but it was a staple in old suicide black decks, and 4 is better then 3.
Anurid is probably better, but I felt I might as well bring it up.

Me and my buddy have this same debate. I like the Anurid, he likes the reaver. The problem with the Reaver is when it's blocked. Ouch. In most situations, the Anurid will deal less damage to you, even though you sacrifice a little damage potential. IDK, I always get torn up when I play the Flesh Reaver (in his cube) and I've never been killed by one either.
the Guerrilla Tactics was pretty terrible for us. On the rare occasion that someone makes you discard it, there is rarely a juicy target available.
Why not include Wilt-Leaf Liege, as he is stronger than Dodecapod and enables token alpha strikes all day long.
I am just looking over your White as you kindly did for me.
How has Flickering Ward been for you?
I would drop Battle Screech in favour of Spectral Procession which is just better. Radiant's Dragoons seems pretty weak too, 4 mana for five life and a nullified creature for a turn - maybe Awe Strike could serve that purpose for one mana?
I don't like Empyrial Armor, but then again I am planning on adding Empyrial Plate.
I love the inclusion of False Prophet, I will endeavour to get a copy of that guy.

False Prophet and Sneak Attack is a great interaction, but Sneak Attack with most things is insane O_o
