Seem to be perfectly fine changes. I personally prefer Jwar Jwar to Frost Titan, but I know a lot of people don't. Have you thought about Jace 3?
Jwar Jwar has underperformed sort of. Frosty has been fairly solid since his inclusion. I guess I cut Jwar Jwar just for variance. So I don't have 2 big sphinxes at 6 mana. Just seems more interesting. Either way Frosty probably won't be there for long either.
Jace 3 is not going to be in my cube. I know he's no worse than Mind Twist and Upheaval and the like. It's the interactivity with the rest of the game I don't like. He just mills and wins. Nothing else in the cube wins through mill (Aside from SoBaM) so I don't like the idea of him contradicting every other card in the cube. I will be looking into acquiring that new blue gal though.
It's been discussed greatly at length, so I won't rehash it, but think of why you play FOW. Sometimes you just need an easy to cast hardcounter to win games, no matter how much card advantage it will give your opponent if he/she survives your next turn.
Good points. And I'm all for more hard counters. It's just been in very unlucky situations for myself I guess. Where it's the only counter I have in hand and I happen to draw them into their game winner.

Part of the issue is that you'll remember those times much better than the times your opponent drew two irrelevant cards. Arcane Denial is for those cards that must be stopped. If I'm countering Armageddon or Sulfuric Vortex, it's unlikely what they drew will be worse for me.

Why is everyone such a fan of Arcane Denial? It nets your opponent 2 cards, one of which usually ends up bashing your face in.

I like the changes here.
I like Grapefruits list above as well. Personally, I like Blood Knight more than Goblin Wardriver. Have you thought about moving Porcelain Legionnaire and Phyrexian Metamorph to the artifacts section? That way you can be able to cut some worse cards to make room for the AVR stuff like Bottle Gnomes, Thran Dynamo, or Prophetic Prism

My suggestions:
Cut the tri-colored lands to add the two colorless lands; use the remaining three slots for other lands/artifacts, such as Ancient Tomb, Grand Coliseum, Tectonic Edge, Reflecting Pool, Black Vise, Masticore, or Triskelion.
