I built this for my multiplayer group. We met up last night for the first time and tried it out.
I actually got held up at work and arrived three hours late ( ) but seven of us pulled it together and drafted four boosters apiece. Instead of pairings, we played MULTIPLAYER games with our decks. Big-ass 7-person star game and then a few 6-man Emperor games Some 2v2 in the wee hours.. We went until 2 AM. Same decks all night but we let our unused piles be our sideboards. I never used mine.
First pack, I chose Broodmate Dragon and I went all in on Jund. Drafted 60 cards to build a 40 card deck. I drafted ONE CARD outside my colors. It was unreal. No way I could build a 40-card deck, so I built a 60-card deck instead! Well guess what, I faced [c]Sword of Body and Mind[/card] AND Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger and it kept me alive way longer than I should have been. This is all I can remember from what I ran.
One pack, guy next to me, had a Lotus & a mox in the same pack. Crazy. We decided to try setting up a special list of Mythics that get one per booster or something, to prevent this happening going forward. (We set up 13-card packs and reserved 2 card slots per booster for non-basic lands.)
So glad I added a bunch of the wierd Conspiracy/Battlebond/Commander cards I did..a lot of folks had never seen many of them. Led to some fantastic gameplay. There were some deep interactions happening all night.
I honestly think I enjoyed the drafting process about a million times more than I thought I would. That, for me, was the most fun. I didn't really expect that at all, tbh. It was super fun and I'm looking forward to more of it (and figuring out how to do it well).
People played very divergent strategies from their normal comfort zone. No one had any idea what anyone else had in their decks. It was a night full of suprises and laughter. SO much laughter. It was wonderful. We will doing this very, very often.

I also remember seeing Necropotence and Gray Merchant of Asphodel in the same pack. It was too late to properly capitalize on it.
