Looking at my cube, Heartless Act hits less targets than Go for the Throat, Cast Down and Ultimate Price. BUT I think I will swap out one of them for it. It adds an interesting interaction to the cube and gives a little micro reward for going deep into the counter synergies (which is one of the strategies that suffers the most from hyper efficient removal).
When I see Healing Salve, I'm often like "Oh girl, I wish I could turn every card into this." Thanks they removed the gain life part, otherwise this would have been broken.
Heartless Act is neat. More interesting than the typical 2cmc black removal suite at least.
Hornbash Mentor seems decent enough. Fair body with 2 minor but potentially impactful abilities.
Parcelbeast is interesting. Stats are good enough to block and the ability is cheap. The non-mutate mode isn't exciting, but isn't bad either. Definitely worth a test.
Sanctuary Smasher looks pretty good. I'm interpreting it similarly to Krosan Tusker, where you are primarily going to be using the cycle ability, which in an aggressive deck can often get you a two for one. And then if the game goes longer it's suddenly a 6/4 first strike, which beats just about everything in combat. I think it's worth giving a shot.
Don't think anyone has brought up Bastion of Remembrance. It seems like a pretty good card if you support the sacrifice/aristocrats strategy. I would say it's probably better than Zulaport Cutthroat, worse than Blood Artist, and about even with Falkenrath Noble. Enchantments are just so much harder to get rid of.

I love the card and I will be running it in my 540 uncommon only cube with every other version of this effect. I love these cards and they perform particularly well in my cube. I think I like zulaport cutthroat more but it’s close. I think there’s some discussion a page or two back.

I like Fright Collar Mentor. The non-human clause is a bit annoying, but there's enough good targets outside of red I think it's worthwhile. Curving Adanto Vanguard or Longtusk Cub into it is pretty big game.
Of One Mind seems really good. The condition isn't overly trivial, but enough cards satisfy it by themselves that I'm not too concerned about it happening too rarely (Whirler Rogue, Murmuring Mystic, Young Pyromancer, Splicers). Divination as a worst case scenario isn't that low of a floor either.
I think Necropanther is good enough. It's not too exciting in black, but it seems to fit into Wx aggro and flicker/self bounce decks. Mutating on a spirit token is pretty reasonable and pretty close to best case scenario for mutate, and then white 3s are pretty valuable. Mutating on to something with an etb and getting back Whitemane Lion/Emancipation Angel/Flickerwisp/Soulherder (bounce returns the entire mutate stack to hand, and flicker returns the stack to play separated) is also a pretty ridiculous amount of value for a reasonably low deckbuilding cost.
It's frustrating that Fire Prophecy doesn't hit players, but being able to trade out a card is super valuable. I think this is one of those cards that is way more valuable in peasant cube than it would be in a rare cube, because of the lack of planeswalkers and the fact that pretty much every deck in this format is running at least a few creatures.
Fire Prophecy is also very cool. 4 damage at instant speed is pretty awesome, and it spills over for some incidental damage. I think this will be a good card in any sort of red deck.
I am not interested in Flame Spill at 360, but I'll order a copy for if I ever want to depower removal.
I find Of One Mind hard to evaluate. I have 42 humans in my cube (most in white and red) and 145 that aren't human. The frequency in which I could play it for U seems too low, but I have no data to back this up.
This sounds crazy. I honestly don’t see the appeal, especially compared to magma jet. Maybe running commons makes the difference? Not hitting players makes it a completely different card.

The difference between 2 and 3 damage is significant and scry 2 isn't that much better than rummage 1. Also, not sure what burn spell to cut otherwise.
I don't like that Fire Prophecy's card (quality) advantage is clunky in topdeck mode.

I wish all archetypes could be equally hated. Or loved, but the former better reflects the mindset of the vocal portion of the player base. My 540ish Peasant Cube on Cubetutor

I feel like I more often bolt a creature to clear a path or remove a threat than bolt my opponent's face. I think FP is sweet. Definite include for me.
I think the option to do both is important. I am not really interested in creature only burn removal. Partially because I like the tempo archetype that leans very heavily on the face burn.

I don't think I want 2 Goblin Bombardment style cards in my cube, so I might swap Weaponize the Monsters for Bombarment since it plays on a more fair axis.
