I've being messing around with this deck and I'm pretty happy with where it got.
It's a very casual deck, casual but powerful, of course it isn't fast enough to compete on a serious environment, but it's not THAT expensive and really, really fun to play.
Some insight on my decisions while building the list
The deck engine is "Fetchlands" + Crucible of Worlds + Knight of the Reliquary.
I'm using Evolving Wilds and Expanses in place of real fetches for obvious reasons.... the Real Fetches are Way over my current budget.
With crucible on table and a Evolving Wilds I'll NEVER lose a land drop, and my landfall folks will be quite happy with it.
Sejiri Steppe while in the deck and not in play transforms my Knights of reliquary into Mother of runes in steroids, this land is also pretty good with the Ruin Ghosts to protect the landfall guys and Knight of the reliquary.
Sylvan Safekeeper can do a quick boost in power to my knights when needed and also make me lose lands instead of an important asset to the deck in times of need.
Mirrorweave is there to shine.
With emeria, Rampaging Baloths and all those landfall helping stuff, I can fill up the table with Tokens quite quickly....
get like 5 tokens in the table somehow, than Mirrorweave one of the landfall guys and play a land for the win.
You'll easily double or triple your token count or make 5-10 permanents vanish for good with Admonition angel when you resolve a Mirrorweave.
The time this happens, you should win right away, and you really do.
There are a lot of interesting interactions with Mirrorweave...
such as, you can mirrorweave Oracle of Mul Daya with Crucible in table and the Strip mine in the table or grave to Kill a lot of lands in the same turn.
or you can get that Treetop Village from the sideboard , activate it and mirrorweave it to transform all creatures in lands that are not creatures to make them avoid Damnation or Evacuation or something.
You can get Sun titan from the sideboard and Mirrorweave it to get a lot of cards from your graveyard to the battlefield....
This deck is really fun to play, Mirrorweave is the most awesome combat trick of all... haha
Thank you for reading! Any feedback or suggestions on how to improve this deck and still somewhat budget is very welcome.
Thanks!
