4 Underground Sea
1 Badlands
1 Volcanic Island

How this works?
Draw as many cards as possible, cast free or nearly free beaters and save mana for countering key cards. Ignore opponent's techs and tactics as they are mostly useless against Izzy Rider.
Sideboard - it's great way to turn this deck into a Ponza and give it some boost. There are usually some cards that might not works against certain decks, so I change them into much more useful ones.
Does it work at all?
Yes, but I started tests today, so both opponents and me don't know how to play.

Whenever enchanted land becomes tapped, everyone goes WHHEEE
your mom uses the stack
Someday all lands will be controlled by all players and all creatures will be equal.
I think that the deck as a whole lacks three things:
1) Focus- you have a lot of things going on, yet no tutorage. You should be running a full slew of tutorage. DT, VT, IS, etc, and maybe try for one particular idea, rather than so many. Maybe add some more dredge. It would give you a much faster deck if you upped the imp count, or added some trolls. I would lean toward imps due to their "not being dead all the time" status.
2) Disruption- This is a biggy. You have Logic and Daze, sure, but where's the Forces? The Duresses? The Therapys (which may be pretty good in this deck)? What do you do if they cast Tormod's Crypt? Maybe even consider rods.
3) Some key/obviouse inclusions. Every deck that has black in it, yes every, should run will. Especially ones that have a dump your library strategy. How good is infestation? Perhaps you should maindeck your ld strategy, add green, and replace infestation with survival of the fittest, which seems like it would be great in a deck with that kind of strategy. Cast it, discard squee, get anger, discard anger, get niv, discard that, get yore, discard that.. and so on and so on.
The deck looks interesting, but its just so all over the place with no focus and many different strategys. It will be interesting to see the evolution of this deck, to say the least.
I think the only tutoring that I need is Entomb. This deck digs really fast. That is why run ONLY 15 mana sources.
Fow is hard to feed and doesn't fill graveyard.
Therapues are in sideboard, as they might be useless against certain decks (Stax? Fish?).
The lack of dredge may be a problem indeed - but it hurts only under total lockdown and happened once. Usually I can simply choose what to discard.
Probably Lotus petal will be dropped and replaced with Riftstone Portal or Coliseum or Barbarian ring.
I also tried to inlude Darkblast, Basking Rootwalla, much more disruption... but they doesn't fit and deck is much more consistent than it looks. The main purpose is to kill opponent and I want to hate only those single cards thay might stop me.

I can tell that this deck may be more stable than what it looks. You have a lot of cards that do different things but they "sort of" help the main stratagey. I think a little more focus could be included on the speed of getting creatures in and out of your grave.
Mainboard:
4 Ichorid - Beater, avoids Stax & Oath (11 black creatures for him)
4 Ashen Ghoul - Beater
1 Nether Shadow - free beater
4 Zombie Infestation - Discard outlet, beater
3 Tolarian Winds - discard and draw
1 Putrid Imp - discard outlet, beater
4 Bazaar of Bagdad - draw and discard
4 Squee, Goblin Nabob - engine, anti-stax guy, mini-beater
1 Wheel of Fortune - discard and draw
1 Stinkweed Imp - dredge guy, mini-beater
1 Anger - haste, posiibly beater
1 Time Walk - Broken
1 Ancestral Recall - Broken
1 Niv-MIzzet, the Firemind - inspiration, mega-beater, draw, direct removal, anti-Stax tech
2 Yore-Tiller Nephilim - beater, engine of reanimation
1 Glint-Eye Nephilim - betaer, draw, discard outlet
4 Reanimate - tech
3 Daze - control

I utterly fail to see how ichorid avoid oath. Does ichorid kill spirit tokens?
