This may seem pretty random, but I thought of the idea for this deck when I was swimming in a hotel pool the other day. I thought it looked pretty decent, but it needs alittle help. Let me know what you think.
The deck should be pretty easy to understand. You create a draw engine with Squee and Bazaar, then kill them with a Squee powered Tog or Mongrel. I would like to replace the tog with something, but don't know what. Any other suggestons would be appreciated. Thanks.
Well the Intuition seems kind of bad with no mana drain to help power it out. I know you have the mox's but still they do not seem good enough. You should maybe think about Brainstorm instead.
Also the rootwalla just seem bad too. I think given the mana accelration in the deck that the wurm would be better. A 4/4 trampler is a lot faster clock then then a 1/1 is. Also the wurm can block things too.
As of the tog. I would keep him and cut the mongrel if any thing. Though I think he maybe good too.
Right now I think your biggest problem is that you just do not have enough card draw or at least no good enough card draw.
I think something like say. Thirst for knowledge would be better the the intution in this deck. As it actually draws you card's not just go and find some squee's. Which with the bazzar's and thrist you should have no problem getting anyways.
crop rotation and mystical tutor are not as helpful. Also why the chalices? you are running power and a lot of low casting cost things so they seem pretty usless.
I think that you guys are undervaluing Mystical Tutors power with Bazaar of Baghdad. Especially in a bazaar based build you have to understand that sometime between turn 1 and 3 you are generally giving up a land drop in favor of drawing...mystical costing 1 in these early stages when used in conjunction with an early bazaar trumps Merchant Scrolls general use (plus you can nab crop rotation with mystical, heh) Perhaps the version below would give more cause for Mystical Tutor belonging in the deck...
Here is a version of Bazaar Madness from French Champ Stephane Tichadou (hey there is an article here about it too)
Add in cloudstone curio to the deck. With a curio in play, two rootwallas , and a mongrel or tog, there is infinite pump for the mongrel or tog.
Discard rootwalla #1 to tog or mongrel, play it for its madness cost then the curio will trigger when it comes play allowing you to target rootwalla #2 and return it to your hand. Then repeat the process with the new rootwalla. Each time you discard you pump up the tog or mongrel.

A few other thoughts.
Wonder
Gift's ungiven
Things that just look like they are unneeded.
Intuition
Mystical Tutor
Crop Rotation
Just my few thoughts on the deck any ways.
Hope it helps some.
Gro is a lot faster and doesn't need the Intuition/Squee engine to get going.
I agree on Mystical Tutor though... I'd play Merchant Scroll before Mystical and there's not even enough here to warrant that.

The link has a Tog version and a non Tog version.

its at the bottom as a bonus list.
I promise that this list works and works well...
