Why mono black? Seems like adding would benefical for the draw power so that you can dredge deeper if needed.
Yawgmoth's Bargain could also prove benefical, but I believe the CC of that card would hurt the curve of your deck too much unless you added Power Cards to the deck.
THanks for the comments. I do not have any power9 card. Nobody plays ground seal in my play group. I have two answers for enchancements which are:
4 Chain of Vapor
4 Nature's Claim
The list seems fine, not playing blue draw spells is a fine choice by the op. vintage dredge uses the bazaar because its fast, consistent, and reliable (no worry of counter magic). The deck has like a 95% game one win ratio, being more explosive isn't really a thing you need to do.
I like the dark blasts, it's definitely correct because they hit yixlid jailer, which is definitely what you're softest too, though it isn't unbeatable. Obviously you keep it in hand when you have it game two
I have to point out that if ground seal resolves, it doesn't do anything to the deck. You just continue to make tons of guys and rip the opponents hard apart.
Vintage dredge doesn't really run the reanimation spell anymore
Since it came up, I also want to point out the moxen are not too great in this deck. They don't cast all your sb cards and they don't trigger bloodghast
Personally, I wouldn't change a thing about the list and would just get to play testing.

Do you have any Power Pieces?
How do you deal with Ground Seal if one resolves?
The deck on it's own is rather basic, but I'm not too key on the Vintage meta.
