Before i get the hate yes I know such a narrow deck is a bad idea, you dont have to tell me. I play decks for fun not really for the competitiveness of it. So on to the obvious problem.
Etirpate is my biggest threat, however there isn't much to do since I plan on sticking to this deck. Other things like Nevermore and Detention Sphere are easier to deal with.
1) Would it be worth it to put a playset of Duress type cards in the sideboard to deal with those cards?
2) If not what would be the best option to try and plug this deck's biggest hole?

I play decks that have a limited window of success, because the look on my opponents face when I win the game with a crap card like Manabarbs makes it worth all the while!
And before I get the whole "This is a casual deck it should be in the casual section" Im wil be playing this at Vintage tourny's locally, so if you have suggestions (Other then telling me not to play this deck) feel free to input as well.

Run Unmask instead of duress in the board. And I think your best bet to win with this deck is to find some sort of combo kill. Maybe Rune-Scarred Demon into Some sort of Time Walk type effect and just swing with a swarm of dudes and a fat demon. Or poop out Abhorrent Overlord and just wait till your next turn to do that. In any case I think you can cut down on the number of Demons maindeck, and have some actually useful cards in the sideboard, like Dismembers or Surgical Extraction or something.
Any commentary on your card availability? Do you have access to Sol Ring? Moxen? Ritual? All those would help.
Another idea for suggestions would be to explain your meta, you're concerned about cards that aren't really seeing any play in established metagames - i.e. Sweepers & Nevermore?
I thinned the deck mostly down to the raw essentials for the combo to come off.
Dark ritual is a definate possibility.Would let me pull it all off on turn one. Assuming its in opening hand.
I like the idea of Unmask instead of Dures thanks!
And Beralt. Im in a small town so card supply is generally what I can afford to order online. As far as Meta goes there isnt a whole lot around here. No one around here can afford any of the top 8's so its kinda devolved into interesting decks with unique win conditions and such. The deck is slow and clunky yes. But I thrive off decks that shouldnt ever be played, and definately shouldnt win, lol.

Here is a recent top 8 for Vintage:

And the only sweepers I see are the Pyroclasm in the sideboard of finisher #6. I do seem some # of Surgical Extraction, which I think that you could run Thoughtseize, Duress .
But with that said, I am not sure how this deck can even win really, it's slow and clunky.
Sorry don't mean to be negative, good luck to you.
