After Akki_Akki mulled it over last night, Akki_Akki made deck. Akki_Akki picked Ishi-Ishi, Akki Crackshot. Akki_Akki contemplated what would be a good general but a wild card, what be general that least suspect? Akki_Akki originally wanted to use Ben-Ben, Akki Hermit as there is more potential with smaller deck size to utilize mountain and Arcane Lighthouse and Glaring Spotlight, yet Ben-Ben not legal.
Akki_Akki included many many burn spell. Akki_Akki also included support for many many burn spell. Akki_Akki included typical hate cards except Sulfuric Vortex. Akki_Akki see main purpose in deck. Akki_Akki's deck's purpose is clean board of pesky creatures. Yet Akki_Akki thought ahead and brought some creatures of own that grow and grow quickly in this format. Akki_Akki no fool, Akki_Akki also have contigency plans to slow game down so Akki_Akki can buy time. Akki_Akki also have Zo-Zu the Punisher to help along with other family members. Akki_Akki can be considered to have a form of repeatable land destruction with a land and an artifact. Akki_Akki also bring repeatable artifact destruction. Akki_Akki also have subtle means of keeping opponent at bay while not preventing them from attacking unless they wake slumbering pet. Akki_Akki have a minor amount of ramp. Akki_Akki have many land that do tricks. Akki_Akki's deck come many spell that Akki_Akki can retrieve by itself. Akki_Akki sideboard is packed with many different hatred cards that all serve purpose.
Akki_Akki not sure if deck good against good tier decks. Akki_Akki wonder if deck slow. Akki_Akki ponder if deck worth bringing to local. Akki_Akki have not tested deck yet. Akki_Akki seek advice for deck.
I don't see the point in running Ishi-Ishi, Akki Crackshot as your leader. Honestly you will never trigger his ability. From the Tiny Leaders games that I have played you will want a leader that does something for your deck. Really not trying to bring your deck down but if you changed the leader, lets say Zo-Zu the Punisher, and focus around that you would have a solid mono red deck here.
Your deck looks like an absolute blast to play. The only negative I can say is that Ishi-Ishi, Akki Crackshot is completely inferior to zo-zu the punisher as a commander. Zo-Zu will help you kill your opponent more quickly. Sure, you will take damage from him too, but you should not care, as you are running an extremely efficient burn deck against your opponent. Zo-Zu helps speed up their demise. Ishi-Ishi does not.

Akki_Akki understand complaint. Akki_Akki feel Zo-zu the Punisher would be better in your version. Akki_Akki 100% aware Ishi-Ishi, Akki Crackshot not best leader. Akki_Akki just somewhat sick of "Geist this, Marath that, Ezuri this." as Akki_Akki find it funny if Akki_Akki won against such leaders with a leader not many expect like Ishi-Ishi, it practically like comedy gold.
Akki_Akki sees this deck as a red deck that trades speed for more control-esque elements. Akki_Akki could have easily built red deck that kills by turn 4, yet Akki_Akki wanted to build red deck that wanted to last better for the long game and slow down the opponent's early game.
Akki_Akki appreciate comments pointing out that deck "look solid otherwise" or "absolute blast to play", minus of course Ishi-Ishi.
