Griselbrand, Dross Demon4BBBB
Legendary Creature - Demon Praetor
Flying, infect, poisonlink (Damage caused by this permanent causes you to lose that many poison counters.)
Gain 7 poison counters: Draw seven cards.
7/7
I forgot to make my land tap...derp. Still might be too strong?
Soul Split - I don't know how I feel about this being new. Technically, there are things that say "all players' life totals become equal to the highest life total" or lowest life total, but I guess this hasn't actually been done one sided, so I'll give you that. It doesn't excite me as much as I want it to though. I do like the modality, though. 7.5/10
Fact and Fiction3U
Sorcery
Reveal the top four cards of your library. Target opponent chooses a nonland card from among those cards and may search your graveyard, hand and library and exile any number of cards with the same name. Put the other revealed cards into your hand, then shuffle your library. (If two or more cards revealed this way have the same name, your opponent may exile any number of them.)
Un po' troppo complicata per i miei gusti, inoltre non riesco a capire bene il riferimento ai Sassi
Sassi is the old district of Matera, an hour south of Bari. I went there the one time I visited Italy. They're small cave-houses carved into the face of the mountain, and the Italian government has historically had issues with repeatedly having to evict people from them because they're not safe to live in. They would kick people out, then try to relocate them and board the caves up, and the people would just keep coming back.
Phasing does not work with ETB creatures. They don't leave or enter the battlefield, they just "don't exist for a while", then suddenly do again without ever technically going to any other zone.
Jitte Umbra2BG
Legendary Enchantment - Aura
Enchant Creature
Whenever enchanted creature deals combat damage, put two charge counters on Jitte Umbra.
Remove a charge counter from Jitte Umbra: Choose one - Enchanted creature gets +2/+2 until end of turn; or target creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn; or you gain 2 life.
Totem Armor
If Jitte Umbra would be destroyed, remove a charge counter from Jitte Umbra instead. If you can't, sacrifice Jitte Umbra.
Correct. Both creatures are saying "you have to block me", and since the Two-Headed Giant or Avatar of Hope can meet all of those requirements without violating any restrictions, it will end up having to block both (or more, for the Avatar) of those creatures.
Phase Shift2UUU
Sorcery (M)
Each player gets an emblem with "Permanents you control have phasing."
Each player chooses half the permanents he or she controls, rounded down. Those permanents phase out. Most mages abhor Teferi's legacy for the mistakes he wrought on Dominaria. Others follow in his footsteps.
Two battlefields!
IIW: Non-black Phyrexia.
OMG I love this Every game needs more phasing. Do you want to give Auras phasing, though? I feel like that's generally avoided because of rules headache
Outside is because you get to choose an action. It was never done before in the history of magic.
Master's Blade: It sucks. Really. It's a Vulshok Morningstar with a marginal upside and heavily overcosted. 6/10
Ghostblade Master (Rare)
Cost: 1UB
Creature - Surrakar Rogue
Other surrakar creatures you control get +1/+1.
When a Surrakar creature you control deals combat damage to an opponent, draw a card unless that opponent discards a card.

Next: A viashino, elephant or construct land.
Since Mirrislegend's post doesn't have parts 1 or 3, I am going to skip it. If it is fixed by the time I finish writing this, I'm sorry!
Anywho: I really like this guy. Surrakar don't have a ton to work with, and I feel this did a good job with it. I like that it is a lord, and I like that it's kinda like the spellblade, but it gives your opponent a choice (at least until they run out of cards). I wish it could have been a Surrakar Specter, but Rogue is appropriate too. 9/10
Sandstorm Hovel
Tribal Land - Viashino
:symtap:: Add R to your mana pool 1RR, :symtap:: You may put a Viashino permanent card in your hand onto the battlefield. If you do, that permanent gains haste until end of turn. At the beginning of the end step, return that permanent to your hand.
Next: Something that sets a player's life total to a number that can change (like Biorhythm) that hasn't been done yet.
Synthetic Spark Engine8
Artifact (M)
The "Planeswalker Uniqueness rule" doesn't apply.
Whenever a nontoken planeswalker enters the battlefield, its controller puts a token that's a copy of that planeswalker onto the battlefield.
I actually have a related question to your last sentence there, Exsam. At the prerelease, I lost a round 2-1, and my opponent and I filled out the match slip and signed it. After she got up to turn in the match slip, she came back and said that she needed to leave, and offered to forfeit the match. The TO accepted this, as we went up to turn in the slip together and explain it, but seemed hesitant about it. I was wondering what the Tournament Rules said about this.
Andrea Bocelli at Piazza San Marco
Phenomenon
When you encounter Andrea Bocelli at Piazza San Marco, each player may pay X. That player gains X life and draws X cards, then discards that many cards. Then, the player who paid the most mana may return a creature card from his or her graveyard to the battlefield. (Then planeswalk away from this phenomenon.)
But actually:
Sassi di Matera
Land
:symtap:: Add 1 to your mana pool. If Sassi di Matera has an eviction counter on it, add one mana of any color to your mana pool instead.
At the beginning of your end step, if Sassi di Matera has no eviction counters on it, return a creature card with converted mana cost 2 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield. Otherwise, remove an eviction counter from Sassi di Matera.
Sacrifice a nontoken creature: Put an eviction counter on Sassi di Matera. Any player may play this ability once per turn, and only on your turn.
Semantics much??? Anyone referring to the "transformation" would more then likely refer to the trigger that causes the transformation.
It is semantics, but a lot of this thread has been an issue of misunderstanding of the difference between these two things, so it is more than reasonable that Glimrypost corrected doomdg in this situation.
Mirri, Ascended Evincar3BB
Planeswalker - Mirri
[+1] Mirri, Ascended Evincar deals 1 damage to target creature or planeswalker. If that permanent is put into a graveyard this turn, put a loyalty counter on Mirri.
[-3] All damage that would be dealt to target creature you control by a source of your choice is dealt to another target creature instead. You may activate this ability any time you could play an instant, but only during your turn.
[-9] You gain an emblem with "Vampires you control have flying, first strike and haste."

If it destroys all the blockers, then the trample lets all the damage go straight to the dome! Otherwise it's just a fancy Necrobite.
