After getting some advice on "Random Deck Discussion" topic, I decided to make a plan B for the deck, due the archenemy focus that the Haunt receives. By this, I can play a bit more cautious, and them make a really impactful play, like playing Haunt and a mass discard.
The number of opponents that gets one-shot hits are high, but the numbers of games won aren't. The strategy is simple and Haunt can be stopped easily.
I noticed that mass discard puts a bigger target over my face, but incidental discard is okay. So, I cut most of the discard effects, like Liliana Vess, Oppression, Dark Deal and Liliana, Heretical Healer. This was good to mid-late game, where discard isn't really useful if everyone is in topdeck mode and I need an ending game effect, like a removal or unblockable effect.
I'm still not sure about Sangromancer. Sure, it's a great card, but with few discard effects seems a bit underwhelming, and the life gain on creatures dying is okay. Similar on Hatred, very good but seems win-more.
Which cards should be included to a fun Ashling the Pilgrim and her 80 Mountains? Protection? Stax? More ramp? Equipment? Utility lands? The focus isn't necessarily win, but to make a "WTF" surprise to everyone on the table.
Bottomless Pit and Necrogen Mists still putting a target over my face. The only one that liked it was a Meren player, for obvious reason. In the other hand, Altar of the Brood was more acceptable by not targeting cards in hands.
There's no many planeswalkers deck right now on my LGS, so I cut Never // Return and Ruinous Path to put Vraska's Contempt and for more Scour from Existence for the exile part. I was thinking about using edict effects against voltron, but I'm not sure if this could be useful than direct removal.
As I said in the first post, I didn't have any fast mana rock or lands, so I will test Crystal Vein and Ebon Stronghold for a little tempo gain to cast the Haunt. Is there others lands that can gain tempo like those?
The games so far was the same or worse as described on first post, the others players already knows the deck style and try to focus me even if Haunt didn't hit the battlefield yet. I'm still need some form of protection against that focus, preferably that don't need much more investment.
If you play Mogis, God of Slaughter, you should embrace the "SLAUGHTER" part of your commander and make your opponents suffer while you enjoy. And thanks for the Panharmonicon idea, I didn't even thought about it, my playgroup will hate me even more.
Keep in mind that I played on Duel Commander 1v1. So I didn't needed many options to stax due the use of creature/land removals and some counterspells, and Balance. With a good timed removal, the planeswalkers could generate the advantage needed to win the game.
I had many games with Breya, and it had a very good win ratio against most archetypes on Duel, making it to be banned in 1v1. With one of many cmc 2 mana dorks on T2, on T3 I had every option to control the opponent (wrath, MLD, counterspell), or to put pressure on the battlefild (Breya or a planeswalker).
I see Scrap Mastery only good in a non-planeswalker build, because it needs more artifacts than the ramp ones. Smokestack make a good work with planeswalkers that creates tokens, you could make it up to three or four counters and set the table back to the start very fast, while you keep your board.
I am also a believer that the prices will drop once genuine fake cards will appear and with that in mind i dont believe buying any 100+ cards.
This is wrong in so many levels I can even describe.
1- The prices of old and expansive cards will never drop because Reserved List (no more printing of them).
2- Old and expansive cards still rising prices, despite the quantity and quality of fake cards increasing.
3- With the number of fake cards increasing, the punishment for using in non-casual events is increasing too.
4- Using only fake cards of expansive ones isn't guarantee to win games. Knowlegde of the game counts a lot.
5- If you want to use proxy cards, at least use a altered art, or frame. Make sure to make differs from the original.
On a side note, I would never enter in any hobby and spend thousands of euros or dollars (or whatever currency) in two weeks.
A long time ago, before the French comitee banned her in the Duel Commander, I played the following items, but I'm sure that can be a strong package to start on a multiplayer list:
In my meta, there is few indestructible creatures, so didn't have the urgency of exile effects. It's a option, but isn't necessary.
Quest for the Nihil Stone isn't doing enough to stay, the same for Shrieking Affliction. Myojin, in the other side, is great, the deck supports high cmc spells that can devastates the opponents. Mindslicer would be great if I had more options to sacrifice creatures, but isn't the prime objective of the deck.
Oblivion Stone is great, but it puts a target in me, as if the deck itself already didn't put one.
Altar of the Brood was on my initial take of the deck, but was cut for more removal.
Sollya, Mother of the Mountain 1RW
Legendary Creature - Dwarf Shaman
Lifelink
When a land enters the battlefield under the control of an opponent, ~ causes 2 damage to him or her, and put one vision counter on ~. WR, remove a vision counter from ~: You gain 2 life. 3WR, remove five vision counters from ~: You gain 10 life and draw three cards.

Mesmeric Orb is a great card, but I can't find a copy in my area, and didn't like to online shipping one. If I find a player who had it, probably I will pick it.
Necrogen Mists and Bottomless Pit was on my initial list, but didn't think them was good enough. With the change to more control approach, I will give them a chance. Additionaly, I will cut the strict "each opponent discard one/two/three cards", but will keep the "discard all" and the two voting cards, because them serves as removal too.
Holy crap, I always forgot one of the bests monoblack cards: Necropotence. Thanks!
Yahenni, Undying Partisan, Reassembling Skeleton, Dreadhorde Invasion and Altar of Dementia was included to make this plan B, giving a recursive milling strategy, with Yaheeni itself been big treat with all the removals the deck plays.
Out: Whetstone, Greed, Capital Punishment, Yahenni's Expertise, Scour from Existence
In: Altar of Dementia, Dreadhorde Invasion, Dark Deal, Yahenni, Undying Partisan, Reassembling Skeleton, Imp's Mischief

Yahenni, Undying Partisan and Altar of Dementia seems to need more creatures to be useful. Maybe if I put some constant token generator (Bitterblossom, Dreadhorde Invasion) or recursive creatures (Reassembling Skeleton, Bloodghast) they could be good. With them, Sadistic Hypnotist and Grave Pact become more viable.

My tutors was Enlightened Tutor, Fabricate, Demonic Tutor, Tainted Pact, and Inventors' Fair. So, three tutors for artifacts, and two others for anything. And some planeswalkers I used has a draw or put-in-hand ability.

Howl of the Night Pack, to have a good value, I think you should use less white and Plains, and use more creatures that searches for lands (Sakura-Tribe Elder, Sylvan Ranger, Farhaven Elf, Yavimaya Granger, Yavimaya Dryad). For this, I would cut Trostani, Selesnya's Voice, Marshal's Anthem, Talisman of Unity, Mirage Mirror.
Nightshade Peddler can be useful to make the token have deathtouch and killing the creature it fights.
Elvish Visionary, Wall of Blossoms and Carven Caryatid are good to curve, card advantage, and can be blockers if needed. Destructor Dragon and Whiptongue Hydra for removal. Seeker of Skybreak can generate good value or act as a political tool.
