Not that it matters to them, but they lost any money I was going to spend on BFZ.
I love how people are saying this when literally 2 cards have been spoiled from BFZ.

I don't think it's Wizards's responsibility to babysit its playerbase. They haven't said they will definitely reprint the fetchlands in BFZ, so selling and planning to rebuy is a risk those players are choosing to take. Like most Magic "investments," it's low-risk, low-reward, but it's still a risk, and Wizards doesn't "owe you something" if you make the wrong call.Quote from prismatic elf »I agree, if wizards isn't reprinting fetches in the next set they need to announce it early to give people time to settle down. There are people who are already selling off enemy fetches hoping to buy them back cheaper after they are reprinted.

Quote from Shmanka »Boce, what is your level of assumption that Jund is more difficult to hate than Abzan?
We have data with Jund existing w/o deathrite shaman, it seems you have forgotten that era. Jund was nowhere near oppressive, at PT RTR we saw the Jund decks barely making day 2 without deathrite, and the ones with deathrite flood the top 64.
You are fearing a deck that no longer exists, sure once in a while BBE into Bolt will burn you out, but how is that even an argument when we currently have a Rhino that does larger life swings?
Cascade is absolutely unfair, but is it more unfair than Cranial Plating? Glistener Elf? Goryo's Vengeance? Scapeshift? Snapcaster Mage? Cryptic Command?
By the way, I found this quote hilarious
Quote from Bocephus »2) Jund was alive and well playing along side fully powered up DDT in old Extended and Jund had a competitive meta share. Do you think a nerfed strategy can hold back a fully powered up Jund? I dont.
JUND EXISTED IN THE OLD EXTENDED WITH FAE AND THOPTER-DEPTHS? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

LOOK at those decklists, Bloodbraid appears ONCE in the entire top decks, and as a 2-OF in a ZOO deck.
------------------
EDIT: Look at this ENTIRE San-Juan PTQ SEASON, you know, the one RIGHT after that Pro Tour. How many Bloodbraid Elves do you see?
http://archive.wizards.com/magic/magazine/events.aspx?x=mtg/daily/eventcoverage/sanjuan10ptq/welcome
Hint; it's a lot less than you think, and when it does show up, it's in Zoo and Scapeshift decks LOL!
------------------
Then, we had the WORLD CHAMPS when Extended was only 4 sets, BBE only showed it's face a total of FOUR times.

This quote from Bocephus is full of bull*****. There is no evidence to your claim whatsoever. Bloodbraid Elf was wrongfully banned along with Wild Nacatl, and if my links aren't evidence enough I don't know how else to express this.
It's beyond obvious to see, that Bloodbraid Elf was not banned based on power level, Wizards even said that themselves, Bloodbraid Elf was banned because they wanted to "nerf" a deck, and it's a ******* horrible philosophy because look at the *****-pile we are stuck in now. People want Bloodbraid Elf, Dig Through Time, Ancestral Vision and Sword of the Meek unbanned. These cards do jack ***** compared to the list I just previously typed up.
BGx will not increase in meta percentages, the logic doesn't coincide with your opinion, and that doesn't make the logic incorrect, it makes your opinion incorrect.

It is possible they don't want the Zendikar fetchlands in standard at the same time as the other fetchlands, but I agree that a reprint in DTK is better than MM2. MM2 needs reprints like Mox Opal, Serum Visions, Fulminator Mage, Cryptic Command, Daybreak Coronet, Inquisition of Kozilek, Noble Hierarch, and the filterlands
Filterlands however, I could totally see in a standard legal set. There's no neccessity to reprint them in such a scarce product like mm.
MM2 also needs Grove of the Burnwillows and Horizon Canopy. They've shown that they like to do cycles even when the other parts of the cycle suck, so I'd expect the Future Sight dual cycle to make an appearance. It was all friendly-colored, so that leaves a perfect void to do a cycle of foe-colored lands (enemy fetches).
