I notice a large part of your plan is to hide behind "Ghostly Prison" and "Propaganda" hopefully to get your "Luminarch Ascension" on line. To help bolster that plan against very fast Aggro plans, you might think of sideboarding "Elephant Grass" as a back up.
I'm a firm believer of 4 Blink/ 4Ink. (If I could carry 5/5 and get away with it , I would)
I would cut two memnites, if necessary, to make room. Remember that Ink/Blink are CREATURES. Ones that are safe from creature type removal while not active (usually in your opponents turn) Memnites don't do much more than chump block and add to our arti. count for "Mox opal" and "Thoughtcast". Blinks and Inks FLY.
On a different note, I think adding 1 to 2 basics (of your choice) is smart as "Path to Exile" is poised to good things with all the greedy Mana bases out there, and "Ghost Quarter" is almost becoming "necessary" with Tron running around. It's nice to have a basic or two to responed to those cards.
Nix used to be found in "Dredge" sideboards just for FoW, but over the last couple of years Dredge has streamlined down to basically "Ichorid" so the Dredge player doesn't have to protect his Dread Return from FoW as most don't even mainboard them anymore.
It seems like Voltaic Key might have some strong synergy with Core Tapper. Also thinking that Arcbound Ravenger could work here too. (especially with the Ichorwell Springs)
On the side board.. With your level of mana production, All Is Dust could be an answer in some match ups.
