I have Kor Firewalker in my sideboard for any burn... I like cause its something that can't be burned and each time they burn me its less effective since I will be gain a life for each spell. Slowing the fast clock that burn puts a player on. With pod any delay gives best chance to setup for a combo and execute that same that combo. With that said I have cut Sigarda, Host of Herons from the main board to the sideboard. Eliminating Mirran Crusader from the sideboard and making an opening in the main board. This was done to make the deck a little cheaper, but now I have choice to decide what to put into the deck. I have three current options Melira, Sylvok Outcast (which I have one in the main), Voice of Resurgence (which is currently 2 in the main), and Cartel Aristocrat (currently none, but will be able to tutor from a Birds of Paradise to get that sac outlet for combo). So what do you guys think I should go with guys/gals?
im currently working on my melira pod deck as well... I figured that I would like to add lingering souls to do to things... allow me tutor for one drops, give me chomp blockers, and make creatures to stall til I can get my combo out.
I went 3-0 at my local tourney and won it. However I didn't have my Knight of the Reliquary and was forced to play 2 copies of Flinthoof Boar instead, creating drama with what I should be having. The boar did some work tonight! What would you guys think would be best for the deck 2 Flinthoof Boar and one Knight of the Reliquary or should I just go 3 Knight of the Reliquary and no Flinthoof Boar. The Boar has option for haste and allows for adding pressure as soon as it comes into play.
I think I am going to ultimately settle on 2 Loxodon Smiter and one Thrun in the side board being able to change out my knight of the Reliquary when hitting graveyard removal
I have been wanting trying to play it... In my current sideboard I have him as a one of.. along with a one of Thrun. I don't know how much Liliana is gonna be seen to be honest.

With my little experience with Zoo its all about tempo, rather its with creatures or spells. If you have to many of three drops will mess with the curve of your deck and it will run clunky. Which as a Zoo player we looking for having the best drop and most efficient with our mana. Like my deck for instance I believe a fourth Knight of the Reliquary will cause my deck being to clunky for the messing with my tempo of my deck. I like keeping mana open for my burn/removal.
I'm thinking if I end up taking out Rancor I will add another Ghor-Clan Rampager and two Scavenging Ooze adding more utility to the deck. Im thinking three Knight of the Reliquary is the right amount. It sounds crazy but I think four of three drops will make the deck clunky. I do have Ghor-Clan Rampager in the deck but I plan on only using it for the blood rush ability, not planning on casting it as a creature. I am always open for any advice
Hey Lantern I have watched all your videos on youtube and was wondering if you could help me with my Zoo deck. I took it over the over night for a tourney and went 2-1 (lost was a bad side boarding mistake. I have upgraded it since then. I am on the fence about adding the may board cards. Any advice would be very helpful and apperciated. I have loved Zoo since I have seen my friend's Big Zoo deck. I will never be able to get Gofts and honestly can't see myself spending so much on a card. So I have made it a thing to build decks without them. Below is my current build of my deck.
