Since Lotus Petal net you 1 mana, but it takes 2 to get lotus petal back, whereas LED nets you 3 mana, spend 2 to get it back, you still have 1 floating, sac LED again netting 1 positive mana per sac cycle.
Mentor of the Meek is still too conditional and your not really a token deck to make use of him that well, Thassa althou it doesn't draw you a card, you get an unconditional upkeep scry1 which you can use to set up your draw.
Wear // Tear is a fantastic card, 3 mana to destroy an artifact and enchantment or you can use it as per normal.
Goblin Welder is really powerful too, dump artifacts into the yard, cast breya, use welder's ability to switch a thopter token for an artifact of value in the yard, you can loop Mindslaver this way too.
Academy Ruins your missing out this card too.
Impact Tremors is definitely way better than Reckless Fireweaver
If you intend to keep the equipment package, replace Godo, Bandit Warlord with StoneForge Mystic or Open the Armory
Contraband Kingpin is conditional, why not Thassa, God of the Sea
Why Deathgreeter instead of Disciple of the Vault?
I don't hate Tezzeret, Master of Metal but his other corrupted Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas seems better and its cheaper on the cmc.
Run more mana rocks instead since, in Breya's colours we don't ramp that hard with creatures and we depends on mana rocks more.
Are you going to run a Lion's Eye Diamond? If not then why Auriok Salvagers?

Hellkite Tyrant seems too fragile for a win con, i did rather you focus on the combo route.
Another card that I can definitely recommend is Purphoros, God of the Forge, with the unlimited etb's you can machine gun down the board and it is extremely hard to remove him unless someone exiles him.
The first difference between oloro stax which i played too, its that red gives tons of recursion options for artifacts, in oloro we had only replenish that is a 1 sided recursion not counting open the vaults as your opponents could get back stuff too.
However with artifacts, we had tons of options compared to enchantments.
The second difference is that in oloro we run a mix of artifacts and enchantments, both stax and ramp artifacts, kinda like a split in focus of the deck. However in breya, you are solely focusing on artifacts and you can actually use unwanted artifacts to do stuff like killing a creature with -4/-4, gain some life and bolt something. Compared to oloro who is ehhh just sitting there? =P
The third difference is commander synergy, breya well is one of the best artifact commanders around with so much synergy build into her whereas oloro is ehhh none?
As @Dies_to_Doom_Blade said, the deck major colour is still blue with a light splash of the other colours (B > or = W>R), you just needa build the manabase correctly and your fine with all that artifact ramp and color fixing.
Was thinking about Obliterate since it's uncounterable but then it destroys our artifacts too, which is a shame plus I had the one from FTV =(
anyhow thoughts on Damping Engine?
Finally got a wheel of fortune, volcanic island and a proxy underground seas.
Removed cataclysm as saccing our artifacts isn't a good play if there isn't any left, testing out Aether grid, it's good when its good but meh when the orbs are not in play, still testing it thou.

Since you would want Mayael to flip creatures instead of planeswalkers, which explains why my list contains no planeswalkers.

So basically keep opponents from playing stuff, draw/tutor for your combo piece and win.
The combos are pretty obvious
1. Shaarum + sculpting steel/Metamorph + bitter = infinite exile
2. Breya + deathmantle/displacer + sac outlet (altar/KCI) = infinite damage/life
I only kept a wheel effect (windfall) to make space for stax effects, still not sure if notion thief + dack + windfall is worth it. (since i only play a few games, uni is tiring >.<)
The avg cmc is 2.58, which is pretty good for a stax deck.
Overrall the deck is still fun to pilot at the expense of others like my previous oloro stax build =D
Any ideas of improving other than getting a underground sea / volcanic island =P
Whir of Invention could be cut if u wish.
I wouldnt touch the stax package and remora is actually pretty good in any stage of the game.
