Reprint all the staples in unlimited print runs, fuk the collectors, fuk the profiteers, this is an game and it's mean to be played not turned into some way of profiteering. It's pretty good against Lands, Creatures and Planeswalkers =D
His thoughts about the current deck list is that
1. I need more draw power/filtering
2. Some cards I am running are too cute to be used in a competitive play group.
3. The deck needs more stable win con like a creature or some sort.
4. Needs better taxation that actually plays well into the late game.

Some card explanations on why are they inside.
Frozen AEther - Is never bad in any stage of an game and is great for slowing things down.
Mana Maze - Rule of Law number 2
Necropotence - Since life isn't a problem to us, why not?
Scroll Rack - Help us filter our draw if it isn't good
Elspeth, Sun's Champion - Both her + and - is better than Sorin, Lord of Innistrad
Sun Titan - Yes it's an Non Bo with Humility and Torpor Orb but it's the best Creature card that I can think of other than Grave Titan that can help us seal the game.
Dream Tides - Well, Nobody really wanna attack anybody now unless they can make their attacks count.
I m thinking of testing Static Orb next week with the same competitive playgroup.
Web of Inertia and RiP is pretty decent but sometimes it doesn't work that well, any fast combo that relies on creatures we are pretty in good shape dealing with them.
However fast combo's that are spell based, we will have a hard time dealing with it since we don't run counterspells, could try Rule of Law but that would kinda hurt us too.
(Althou against Narset, it's pretty sweet, till they exile an disenchant effect that is )
Or you could fall back onto Uba Mask for decks that like to draw their whole deck and then dump everything on the field to win.
Leyline of Sanctity can come in against decks like Niv-Mizzert or any Commanders that need to target you with a spell to win esp Storm Decks.
Thoughts on Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver, althou her ulti is kinda meh but be able to screw your opponent draws are pretty nice.

Some stuff I found out, Paradox Haze is insane.
1) Draw 2 cards with Phyrexian Arena while still netting 2 Life? Sure
2) Two Bitterblossom Tokens and still netting 2 Life? Sure
3) Draining your opponents for 4 a turn (due to 2 upkeeps) while netting life to the life lost by your opponents with Palace Siege. Sure
4) Worst come to worst, 4 Life a turn (Due to 2 upkeeps)
Black Sun's Zenith
1) Reusable wrath effect that either kills or weakens your opponents creature, could be good to clear the board of pesky tokens or remove something that is indestructible.
2) Shuffles your library
Mana Web
1) 1 sided land control if they tap any land for mana, pair this with all the Command Tower/Shocks/Duals/Temples/Check Lands/BFZ Lands people are running nowadays and Back to Basics, you got a mini combo there and best of all it doesn't affect you! =D
BitterBlossom
1) Our deck is slow, like really slow, a cheaper token producer that eats at our life which we are gaining every turn is nothing much. BB produces the necessary blockers we need to delay our opponents.
Rest in Peace / Web of Inertia
1) No one can attack you at all, isn't that good but it's all 1 sided.
2) Side note, great against re animator decks too!
Test of Endurance
1) The "other" faster win con, cause sometimes sitting behind a wall of enchantments can get pretty boring.
Leyline of Anticipation
1) Makes its able to win on the spot with Test of Endurance
2) If not we could make use of our mana better by flashing in stuff at the end of our opponent's end step
Palace Siege
1) Only pick dragons (please don't pick the other mode ^_^;)
2) Slowly drain away your opponent's health in 20 turns (Normally wouldn't take this long, lol)
As usual, suggestions are welcomed =D
Honored Hierarch is too slow and you need it to get it to reowned which is hard sometimes, try Birds of Paradise instead.
Intangible Virtue with Cryptolith Rite will be really funny.
How about more token producing spells such as White Sun's Zenith (Cats r cool!) or Secure the Wastes?
Lacking card draw? Why not a SkullClamp?
Mana Sinks such as Heliod, God of the Sun (MOAR CATS!) and Vigilance to all is good.
A green deck without Eternal Witness is very wrong >.<
