That's actually not a bad idea, Mimeoplasm as the general would lend himself to the strategy allowing you to reanimate some of the demons for cheaper and would provide you with an alternate win condition of general damage which Karador doesn't really lend himself to.
I just realised it also means you'd lose prince of thrills and master of cruelty. Same with if you played Karador.
Why do you want each colour in your deck then it'd help us to help you.
I would consider scroll rack for putting demons back into your library for apostles to find.
Also I agree with kicks, Karador could be a better general for the strategy, and fits the colours. Except for: signal the clans which could be replaced with buried alive or if you have the card/cash survival of the fittest, and Sphinx of the Chimes which cold be slate of ancestry since your going tribal.
If your stuck on Karona then I'd suggest the Vivid Lands as great early five colour lands, sure they come in tapped but that's okay.
Other than that looks really good and hope you have fun with it.
Hiya, I've had some ideas (after a long deliberation) about your deck:
The forest walk on mirri, cat warrior doesn't sit as well as I'd like, how about yeva, natures herald to represent the ability to call forth her allies at just the right time.
Tyrion fits as he doesn't really fight, but when he does its usually ends up badly for someone, you could also consider soramaro, first to dream in this role, as it would give you more card draw.
Also kevan lannister being green would indicate that he is aligned to cersei, maybe he should be white, to be aligned to Tywin. Possibly Eight-and-a-half-tails to represent protector of the realm.
Although I've just realised this takes it away from the cat/lion theme... Which may not be what you want, in fact it is called the lions of lannister slim fairly sure it's not. If you don't mind suggestions like these, I've got a few more ideas, but its up to you.
The Fett Man: I hope you dont mind me chiming in. I think you answered your own question right there but there are a few other things to take into account:
With the number of mana rocks and fast mana the deck runs, it actually might be easier to cast cyclonic rift as it requires only U and not UU. Also the versatility of cyclonic rift makes it a great inclusion.
However, evacuation does allow you to protect your own board in case of arrest type effects, or board wipes and can set up a soft lock with archaeomancer, which might be able to buy you time to find an answer.
You've inspired me to make an Arcum Deck, same wincons. Slightly more budget variant.
A couple of cards I don't see in your list and am wondering why you chose not to include them just in case I'm missing something: Grand Architect seems like wih all of the abilities to untap things, he can get seriously good with arbitrarily large amounts of mana. Though I'm not quite sure how to make him go infinite him self yet, I'm sure there is a way.
Illusionist's Bracers: rings of brighthearth that can only effect arcum, and costs 0.
Also, in your strategy section - how do you deal with Sigarda in light of the new Legend Rules?
I've just found a card that's kinda cool, Stone Calendar, seems like it can work with a bit more tax.
I've gone a bit more down that route too with sphere of safety, there's quite a few enchantments and with enchanted evening it's just crazy good.
I'm putting Vesuvan Shapeshifter in as well. Purely to interact with a few nasty combo decks, namely Azami with a Teferi Lock and a couple of others.
What do you think of Mystic Remora as a card? Understand not wanting to pay the upkeep for too long but turn 1 or 2 this can net you quite a few cards what with all of the mana rocks running around.
Loving the deck, you've inspired me. I'm going time walk effects with mine aswell. We've seen a resurgence of dedicated combo decks recently and I want to punish them.
Comicalflop Something tells me you've done this before...
OP:
It suddenly occurred to me, not enough clones: specifically to clone your psychosis crawler, I know right MOAR CLONES BE MOAR GOOD, great advice...
So specifically: Body double for when your ooze is in your graveyard.
Also GrimGrin, Corpse-Born is an untap ability
You've gone five colour, nice. I stuck with three for both of mine. The Mimeoplasm and Merieke decks both have Necrotic Ooze in and work really well.
I'd suggest more untap effects if you want to get the most out of it - the Merieke deck uses enchantments to achieve it while the Mimeoplasm uses other creatures. Let me know what you think.
Also I'd never heard of eater of the dead before, will be going into my Mimeoplasm deck, so thank you.
I believe your puns have left others cold blooded...... Oh dear.
Anyway, looks pretty cool, what I have to ask, rather than your win/loss:
Was it fun to play?
What haven't you liked about it so far?
What's been your favourite bits of the deck?
Since commander decks are rarely if ever finished what would you like to do with it that you haven't yet, whether due to £€$¥ or another reason?
enchanted evening + Opalescence - with lots of enchantments, its very good, though loses you friends.
luminarch ascension, sacred mesa, sigil of the empty throne - tokens win games
rest in peace + Helm of Obedience - instant kill
enchanted evening + Cleansing Meditation - again loses you friends but works really well
enchanted evening + Aura Thief + High Market - steal all of the things
dovescape + Guile = all of the tokens
Also just beating face with the titans works really well.
Hope that helps.

consecrated sphinx - pretty popular I've been told
How does it work with possibility storm? Do you get two spells instead of one? Like wise eye of the storm
forced fruition could be fun
silent-blade oni also seems pretty good
jace, architect of thought+1 creatures get -2 to attack
lorthos, the tidemaker - pay 10 tap 16 permenants, copy it with rings for more fun
avenger of zendikar - lots of tokens
mirko vosk- lots of mill
bitter ordeal - lots of exile
Any of the legendary dragons - intet, darigaaz etc.
hellkite charger - easier attack steps
Any spirit dragon from kamigawa
lord of the void - all of the things
phyrexian obliterator - go on attack me, I dare you
ruric thar, the unbowed - feel free to board wipe - take 12
wild pair
All seem good

Didn't know about pilli-palla either. I might need that combo for my build as an alternate infinite mana source.
I'll let you know my final deck list and any comments/criticism would be welcome.

Out of interest why no Thaalia, Guardian of Thraben
