If you dash mardu strike leader with a demonic rising in play, as the active player, can you have the strike leader return to your hand and have the soldier token trigger demonic rising if it's the only creature in play?

Or does this suffer from simultaneous end step triggers and not activate the demonic risingbecause of it?

The wording on dash does differ a little bit from obzedat, ghost council. Does any part of it translate to a demon token off a dashed mardu strike leader?

I have an experiment one on the battlefield with a +1/1 counter on it. Then, I cast scavenging ooze. Can I activate the ooze's ability, on the stack, making it a 3/3 allowing me to trigger evolve for my experiment one?

Also, same question except replacing scavenging ooze with lotleth troll.

I need help finding some non-creature rat art in magic. I want to make a 3D pack rat token and need some assistance. Does merciless eviction hit gods if they are not actively creatures on the battlefield?

I would think that it does because whether or not it is actively creature at the time, it still has "creature" as part of it's type.

Please accurately confirm or deny, with a logical explanation and/or comprehensive rules quote.

Techie -good first entry. Mendi already hit all the basics. It appears the sliver creature is one solid piece. You could still put a layer on top that is the entire body, minus the hair by the arms and between the legs. That way it would appear more like the hair is behind the body. Also, I would cut the skull and dreads down to the shoulder as a separate piece and glue that on top for added effect. The skull being directly on top and the shoulder piece bending behind the top layer of the shoulder, so the dreads start on top, but go down behind the shoulder.

Panda - perfect serra angel for those unfamiliar with the card, panda designed a custom background. I'm wondering the process you went through to come up with that?

Meno - nice gift abacus. In general, you may consider experimenting with the text box art. This is just a personal opinion, but the only I've been satisfied with using the actual text of the card, was with foreign language cards.

Kiljo - I made a pop out bird token, attached, by cutting two large surface area pieces out of a basic land and attaching them to both sides of a (cut) thick straw. A straw that you would get from ordering a smoothie or milkshake, but you might be able to buy them from a grocery store. I imagine you could also use double sided foam tape, but I don't have any direct experience with that.

I'm playing abhorrent overlord in standard, so here's a harpy token for my troubles.

Mendi - regarding the demon token, the kanji I used is "666." For some reason, the kanji for demon is different than what wizards uses for the demon sub-type. Awesome diabolic tutor that skull work really stands out.

Serrot - I got the idea for the upside down background when I first tried using madcap skills right side up. Right side up showed the juggler's hand in the corner, which looked all wrong. When I tried it upside down, I got the fire effect I wanted. I'm looking forward to more marathon updates.

Ivan- wow, that mixed media alter is amazing, the Russian lady. Hope you try more of those projects in the future.

Mono- welcome. The venom and black blade re great, a noticeable jump in difficulty from your first five. Personally, I think that older art looks aesthetically better without shaping.

Panda - I was totally wrong about that enslave it looks way better with that "presence" in the background. The others are solid too, but that enslave was a good candidate for altering.

Here's another vanguard alter, and it doubles as a demon token.
