Wow thats really cool. I hadn't heard that they explained how it may have happened yet. As for the banner its staying on my wall with no intention of being sold, ever (sorry guys) lol
Awesome, it's like a modern day golden ticket. I hope when they preview the card they give you a mention too. Congratulations, and may I say you weathered the skepticism fantastically.
Wasn't that hard, I knew where/how I got it all along I cant wait to see the banner myself. I'm stuck at work, my wife called me and told me about it.
Great news. Really happy for you. I think you deserve it with all the hype you generated for them, and everything you did to prove it's real, but regardless, that's just really sweet. Looking forward to the pics/movies. Hey, could this be the start of the Bruce Magic Show? You'll have an RTR preview to film too!
lol probably not, I dont get that much free time as it is but I will get some pics/video of the PAX VIP treatment.
Just heard back from WOTC The sent me alot of really cool stuff!
first off I got a letter saying the card was in fact real. 2nd, they sent the card back and the creator signed/dated it so that I would always know I had the first. 3rd was a banner with new RTR art signed by the whole dev. team for RTR, and lastly 2 spots on the VIP list for the RTR preview in seattle on sep 1st!
Apologies for the error, our system will sometimes auto-resolve a contact if no updates have occurred within a given amount of time. I can assure you that we have not forgotten about returning your card.
The brand team is currently returning your card to you with along with some additional correspondence regarding the team's findings. They have advised me that you should have the package by the end of this week. When the package arrives please update me to confirm that you have received your card.

Monday-Friday 9am-6pm PST / 12pm-9pm EST" They said they would only send it back if it was legit. I know its been established already but I hadn't posted in a while.
Where are the other pictures and video? You said you would post a video but that never happened, and now the card is being sent back to WotC. You also said that you would not do a bend test, so what tests have you done to prove the card is real?
I have many videos on my phone of light/bend test. Sorry if I havent posted all of them in this forum. I'll do so as requested when I have time between my 2 full time jobs :/ The biggest, best test thus far will be... SENDING IN THE CARD -.- why whould I even concider doing that if I knew it was fake :/ maybe I've got a pair the size of Jupiter and I want to see if I can pull a fast one over WOTC themselves...
Ok what? So the other thread this card was deemed 'fake' and the thread was closed but somehow this is still here AND the card has made it onto the MTGS RTR spoiler list? What's goin' on here O_o
Last thread was closed before I was allowed to speak my side of the story, and since then I've taken pictures and videos of the card from any angle and POV that's been asked. If it had been a fake, it wouldn't have stood up to the multitude of tests/requests I've done to prove its legitimacy.
Ok guys, I've decided to send the card back to WOTC. If its legit, they'll mail it back to me. Seeing as I'm the only one who truly knows 100% how I came about getting the card I'm certain I'll get it back.
Eh, you say that, but I've gotten a booster *box* back in the mail for returning a production blank before. Once you've seen enough of the common, I'd do it. After all, the net's gleaned about as much out of the veracity of this card as they will.
Of course, no guarantees that'd happen or anything.
EDIT:
He was talking about getting a second archangel and having bajillion exalted triggers. Of course you can just jam the effect. It being untargeted is also very selesenya-like because it doesn't get blown up automatically by spot removal in response. Why should you be unable to populate if they destroyed *one* of your saprolings, etc.
I'd rather keep the original for myself, I've got enough M13 cards another pack/box hold less value to me.

Bruce it's me! Your friendly part-time semi-official judge at Wicked! Bring the card in Friday, I wanna see it. I keep telling you guys every once in a while you get something weird in a pack.
Yea I had planned on bringing it by the card shop for FNM. I already showed Lindsy when I first opened it to see what the deal was, there wasn't anything about it online so I figured I would throw it out to the masses and let everyone else pick it apart.

lol I'll be sure to scan the letter to its clear and I'll do my best for the pictures, I only have an 8.0Megapixel camara on my phone
