3. Why do the booster arts NOT reflect the actual card (is this just for Vivien??)(Are ther other cards with these pictures??)
Demon of Catastrophes is awesome with being a sac outlet a good thing in at least the deck I know my buddy wants him in.

The pack art for Tezzeret is the same one as the planeswalker deck art. This may mean that the Vivien art on the pack is from her planeswalker deck. I find it very strange if the booster art is not for a card you can actually get inside booster packs.
However, they set the precedent with Teferi in Dominaria. His booster art is also the one on the PW deck BOX, not from either of his cards.
I didn't realize this. In another thread tezzeret and liliana planeswalker decks have been spoiled and it looks like all the art is different from the planeswalker deck art. I guess they just commissioned the art for the packaging.

What is odd to me is that it is "any one color". I would have assumed the one color was to reduce the bend in color pie giving red mana fixing (even if it is at 10 mana), but letting it be any one color is still some fixing. I guess the bend was the compromise since they clearly must have known this was a garbage pile outside of Mizzix decks. It would have been more interesting (if very hard to track state) if it refunded to your mana pool the exact types/colors of mana you used to cast it (and even it might have fixed the card completely if the refund was an on-cast trigger so you could use a little of the mana in the counter-war to protect your ungodly awful 10 mana gamble).
It might also be a template thing. If they just wanted the card to add red mana, it wouldn't be able to say, "add ten red mana," but rather would have to read "add RRRRRRRRRR," which wouldn't look quite as good. You'd also have to count all of those red mana symbols.
I also think it is to cut down on thinking time when resolving the spell. If it allowed you to get any color it would take twice as long to resolve as you look at the seven cards you revealed and decide on each mana one by one would take forever. They could have cut down by letting you use mana of any kind to cast spells exiled. It's possible they didn't want the color fixing but manamorphose does so mono red should be able to in certain situations.
They have stated they are doing 5 mono colored planeswalker decks. I am not sure if they will be following the previous new card formula as previous planeswalker decks.
I have no reason to doubt that. After all, putting planeswalker cards at a Standard power level in these decks would contradict the mission thereof.
Lol Jaya has a Planeswalker Deck Card that she got in actual Set.
I mean I am not sure if they will follow the 2 rares that search for the planeswalker, uncommon that cares of it he subtype is is in play, the common that is exclusive to the deck. I believe the quality/playability will be at parity with the other decks we have gotten and geared towards new players.
Another thing is I don't think they will do 5 mono colored planeswalkers within the set. They stated last year that moving to the two block structure would keep the same yearly number of planeswalkers so they don't overuse the design space. I doubt they will change this year to include more and take away from the other large sets. I would expect there to be two to three unless they do reprints.

I guaranteed you some magic players will keep doing it until he gets all abilities from urza and have a paper version of the abilities which determined by dice rolling (and several of us will easily refuse to resist not doing that.)
Or wizards will make a printable versions of the abilities for players who refuse to use their phone for going to the website.
The only problem would be if the abilities did not carry the same odds. Although even then if wizards post the exact odds you could have some sort of cheat sheet and use d10 for each place value of a large number but it would not be easy or practical compared to using the website on a phone.
I love that Chandra! I was bummed that gremlins didn't have a larger presence in Kaladesh - there was no real reason to build gremlins. But I really liked their design and concept.

Before today's new-rule reveal, Blood Moon and Magus of the Moon prevented "When ~ enters the battlefield" triggers from occurring, but the Moon duo didn't affect "As ~ enters the battlefield", "~ enters the battlefield (with condition)", and "If ~ would enter the battlefield, do (something) instead (or something else happens)". As I covered earlier, before today, when a Khalni Garden was played while one of the Moonies was on the battlefield, it would still enter the battlefield tapped, but it would enter the battlefield as a tapped mountain and no Plant token would be created.

Looks like all new cards and very underpowered. Of note it seems they are not designed as a duel deck but as two separate beginner's decks.
Wizards has some more info including possible card names and clear versions of the art.
