Exile target creature and put a 2/2 under that player's control. Reveal the top card of that creature's controller's library. If it's a creature card put it into his or her hand, it gains flash. Otherwise put it into that player's graveyard.
That doesn't sound very good at all. Most the time that siege rhino is going to become a goyf or worse. Sure you have the opportunity to kill it with your pillar of flame but...why didn't you just bolt+pillar in the first place since you end up netting the same loss in CA? Why aren't you just casting something like combust? Why not just pongify + bolt?
There's nothing in modern that's blue worth tutoring with merchant scroll. It's better to just have more card draw or counter spells in the first place.
Price is a huge factor contributing to delver's prevalence. It's about a third of the cost to play than other T1 decks. It's overrepresented but not over-performing.
So I guess modern should only be playable if your deck costs an excess of 600 dollars? I've played and owned, in paper, scapeshift and pod simultaneously so I am familiar and with expensive decks and am willing to foot the bill. But popularity shouldn't be a reason to ban anything. That's ridiculous.
So is there any reasonable and grounded in fact and not speculation reason that people think MM increases the price of cards? Do not site current prices. There is 0 proof that the increase in price was anything but natural increase in demand/stores pushing the upper limit on what people will pay.

What about when playing against geist? Trade in combat with it?
