Dimir has 4 cards spoiled so far. 4 Cards! You might as well say Theros block is massively underwhelming based on what has been spoiled.

Best post? So far.
And you have to think that Wizards is pretty much messing up "later" sets. You get Innistrad that is awesome in so many ways, then you get Avacyn Restored without removal for limited, not that many bombs and, definately, no Geist of Saint Traft. Then you get a very nice Return to Ravnica with the uncounterable cycle, Rakdos'/Sphinx's, and Gatecrash with a warm Boros Reckoner together with a bunch of bad mechanics and cards. And, since then, Dimir has showed to be pretty bad compared to original Dimir, BUT, we only had a few cards spoiled, and we could have this scenario changed.
When Innistrad block rotates out of Standard, I'll complete my first full set, Avacyn Restored. Also, I collect Simic Guildgates but it's going not that warm, but already gathered something like 30.
While it's very noticeable that you like mockups, I'll make Dr. Jeebus eat his hat (and hair) if this isn't Control Magic. And this is a bet hard enough to worth it.
But the idea of the FoW, oh man, this is something I'd support if I worked as anything on Wizards.
It could be better. Way better.
Say, Jeremy Jarvis gives Terese Nielsen a call. Says he wants a art for FTV:20. She asks, "Sir, which card?" and he says "Force of Will. I'll be e-mailing you the details", and sends the very same art description of the original Force of Will, with a reminder: "Don't forget it: It's a red spell that will have that art. Don't try and mess this up".
A 1/1 creature puts a 2/2, 3/3 and a 4/4? I'll have to call this guy one-to-four. Or four-for-one.
Nice one, tho. But the choice of Melek... That's prioritizing EDH too much.
Go back to lurking, this thread is for From the Vault: Twenty, this isn't the thread where you whine about the reserved list.
Ouch, that hurt.
We all know (unless you don't want to or is busy being casual and not caring with the aspects of the game) that Wizards can't just burn the Reserved List. I don't know why this discussion keeps going.
Looks certainly sweet! That was a nice find. Thank you, poor sheet cleaners!
(Also, why am I the one that saw that there's things printed under the gate and thought this is really an DGM set symbol?)
Legend theme in Theros more or less confirmed I think.
But we have to think that we have, in every set, legendaries that play a role iin the storyline, and in game aswell. There's no confirmation of anything.
Oh, the good times on Cockatrice.
A guy randomly asked me to join a Legacy tournament on Cockatrice, and, since I was doing nothing, I went in. It was single elimination, and the level was high... From the eight guys playing, seven had Tier 1/1.5 decks. Of course, the guy who wasn't with a good deck was the silly me with prebuilt decks, and, went in with Fiery Dawn, the WR theme deck from Avacyn Restored. I told the guy G1 that I was playing for fun and thus, I wouldn't be a threat and he would easily win, and told him to not be offended, but we still played, and for some reason, I kept a hand without lands (I guess I mulliganed to low numbers) and we played. He was playing reanimator and reanimated on early turns an Iona. Then chose green. I revealed my hand and told him my deck was WR, and he conceded.
I won a game of Legacy with a theme deck.
Then I proceeded to lose 1-2 without even managing to play any sorts of kind-of threats. But, for the laughs, I can't forget this game.
Innistrad as a block, because of the themes on it, and the awesome Standard it made. Time Spiral as a runner up.
Avacyn Restored, because it basically gave my favorite deck a lot of useful cards at that time.
Wait and see someone that will try and play this on a non-symmetrical deck. Then, you'll have a champion deck with this.
pff, I can't do this after April Fools.

But this whole talk of the random methods, makes me really sad.

Back to FtV?
And also, Curses are block-specific.
Voted for non-aura. I guess it will be the first one that I'll choose the one the majority wants.

I call fake. It would be Tings.
But, still, so far, the best and the most descritive post on this whole topic.
