Oh yeah, all the frogs. Turn to Frog, Pongify and ovinize will certainly go in, as will the goofier changelings 'ike Amoeboid Changeling and Crib Swap, gotta figure out a way for those to be useful mechanics too.

Also, unless you're blinking your coiling oracle, it's fun to turn him into a monkey with Pongify after he's served his purpose.

So I'm trying to shape a flavor heavy WGU around Angus MacKenzie and other light hearted and goofy cards. I'm looking to design this deck mostly around art and creature concept flavor, and it'll probably be just short of a group hug deck, just something fun to play against with lots of goofy characters. I've got a Phelddagrif and a Zebra Unicorn, I'll probably throw in a jackalope herd, and of course one Rhox War Monk. I'm looks for cards that are laid back and of unusual magic flavor. Any thoughts of other creatures or spells that can bring some goofy "Other Guys" flavor to the deck?

In that case I guess I would leave the Shadow as an unactivated ability I was just looking at Jhessian Infiltrator, which looks like a pretty accurate, though color shifted, non-legendary version of Lucian. So I guess I would keep your original design, but I always considered U and G to be neutral, where as white is lawful and good.

Let's say I have a hypothetical legendary creature named Fernando of Kher Keep, and his creature type is "Legendary Creature - Kobold of Kher Keep," would he receive benefits from Rohgahh of Kher Keep?

Suspend 3 - RRUU (Rather than cast this card from your hand, pay RRUU and remove it from the game with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. For each time counter removed this way, you may choose a Goblin card in your hand and put that Goblin into play. When you remove the last time counter, cast it without paying its mana cost.)
When Time Goblin comes into play, exile all Goblins.

Guided by Voices has the song "Kicker of Elves", which could refer to any elf card with a kicker, like Llanowar Elite, they also have a dozen songs that could be magic cards, such as "Bulldog Skin," "Quality of Armor," "Buzzards and Dreadful Crows," "Underwater Explosions," and "Weedking." The list goes on forever. Actually I'd love to make a card for Weedking, and "Jane Of the Waking Universe."

Well at that point you may as well just make it a five color deck, considering Alice in Wonderland clearly has something for every colour.

And if that's the Case play Child of Alara as Alice, when she dies or "wakes up," the dream ends, represented by all permanents dying.

But I like the GRU idea. It limits things and keeps the deck creation more interesting.

The deck could certainly use some clambassadors for the tale of the Walrus and the Carpenter. Or maybe just a Giant Oyster

I was going to say Shadow is too much of an Old Fogey mechanic, but then i noticed they gave it to a few Futuresight cards, which means they'll be bringing it back, maybe? The problem is Shadow is such a specific ability on such few cards any creature with Shadow is basically unblockable unless you're playing Standard in the Tempest Block. And since that's the case I'd just make Lucian unblockable and boost hiss cc a little. maybe a CC of 3 and he's a 2/1? Sneaky and unblockable, but pretty weak and tactfully used to get in the little jabs to draw a card.

If we tried it with Bant colors I'd say Archon of the Triumvirate as the Cheshire Cat. Always makin Alice late for somethin'.
