Blue white black solar flare could be a thing. I wouldn't try and cram the aether vials into that deck though.

Dang, I wanted a set for my cheeri0s deck. I'll just wait for the artificial inflation to go back down before I buy them. While this deck and cheeri0s are both fun, I can't see either of them making huge waves due to their poor reactions to actually having opponents instead of goldfish.

Follow up question.. So if i have leyline of sanctity, they can't redirect it to my planeswalker because they can't target me. Did i get it right? Thanks!

    Yes.

This is stupid. I will never pay for magic online. All this does is make it a pain for me to playtest decks with my roommates. Now I need to pull out the old ad cards (the ones that you can get instead of a token) and a silver sharpie and make all proxy decks like we used to two years ago. That's not fun. Nobody wants to do that.

People love their affinity and burn. Thankfully, both can be bested through good sideboards.

My advice is to trade off your standard staples for modern staples right before rotation rolls around. Cards like Huntmaster of the Fells will honestly see little play in modern, so trying to get them now is a bit of a waste of your time. The thing about modern is that it will never cycle, so just get rid of standard cards around late dragon's maze - early m14. If you want to learn more about the meta, grab a cheap deck (I recommend burn and bogle.dec without daybreak coronets, both are reliable and pretty cheap). Just ignore fetch lands and things like that, many decks can play reliably without them, you will just need to tweak the play style somewhat.

It's a little unreliable. While there are totally good reanimation variants in modern, the ability to dump your library into the yard comes from dredge, which, unfortunately doesn't really interact at all with angel of glory's rise. In addition, GY hate is ridiculously strong in modern. Every single deck runs like 3 Relic of Progenitus in the SB, and Rest in Peace is also somewhat popular. Not to mention the fact that modern is just flat out fast. Dredge can work because cards like Stinkweed Imp protect you while still allowing you to yard dump, cards like Faithless Looting and Grisly Salvage will only yard dump, while you get slaughtered on the board.

Saying Pod can mean MeliraPod i guess.

Naw, I meant more like kiki pod. When you can go Murderous Redcap into Zealous Conscripts into Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker for the infinite, why would you bother with a thragtusk?

I don't see it being played much in pod, given that when they hit 5 mana they can go infinite and hit kiki/someone anyways. Personally, I'd rather win the game than gain 5 life.

I've played against quite a few people the last couple of days on cockatrice that were running this deck, the solution is to either inquisition/thoughtseize them or just path/counter/whatever their titan. It's pretty easy to disrupt, but if it does go off, there's always the chance they can just go off again since if they've played one titan they have the mana to play another.

I understand running it in a merfolk deck, it has the right type, after all.

Perhaps in some sort of U/W death and taxes variant?

I pretty much just play magic in its entirety IRL, mostly with a small group of people from my college. I would like to participate in some sort of tournament online, but only on cockatrice as I don't have any interest in MODO.

IMO Boseiju is a bit of a waste of your time, there's not much of a point in caring once your living end has gone off.

If cloudpost wasn't banned, this might see some play. As it stands, I haven't seen RG tron run primeval titan in a while, so there's not much of a point in running it.

The easiest way to solve rule disputes like this is as follows:

If it doesn't say it on the card, it's probably not how it works.

Magic cards are very clear as to exactly what they do right on the text, don't infer something that isn't already there.
