Dec 1, 2017KilroyWasHere posted a message on If You Can't Take Criticism of Jeremy Hambly, You're Part of the ProblemFantastic article. Telling that so many others in this comment section wholeheartedly think this isn't about them, or that Jeremy is not clearly being propped up as some martyr figure by the "alt right".Posted in: Articles
It's important to note, to all you folks out there, that there is nothing political about Nazism. It is wholly an ideology based around white supremacy and ethnic cleansing, and there is literally no way to support the alt-right, the modern Neo-Nazis, without supporting those things. -
Dec 1, 2017KilroyWasHere posted a message on If You Can't Take Criticism of Jeremy Hambly, You're Part of the ProblemYou're addressing this to the people who think encouraging the harassment of others and rallying behind an "alt-right" banner, surely? It's important to clarify who you're addressing, or else it's entirely possible people may think you actually think people should be mean to each other and be vile folks on the internet.Posted in: Articles

This. WOTC has already acknowledged the massive pushback against these; just because it's plural doesn't actually indicate they plan to make a billion more.
You're complaining that a card that has that many choices associated with it and plays dynamically even with itself is parasitic and bad design?
Name one of these fabled common expensive blue blockers, then.
I believe it was brought up that Vindicate wasn't included because it would feel awful for the Tibalt player to just have their face card blown up without any ability to stop it.
Beyond the bad feeling of playing the Tibalt deck in the first place, of course.
But really this is an excellent change.
Then why haven't they banned out the deck that does almost exactly that in Modern?
